KOMPENZACE a) The compensation for the conduct of the Study under this Agreement is set out in the Financial Arrangements enclosed as Attachment 1, which forms an inseparable part of this Agreement. The amount(s) included in the Financial Arrangements represents the entire compensation under this Agreement and it includes without limitation, all work and care anticipated by the Protocol, the use of the facilities and equipment, staff costs, administrative costs, overhead, third party costs, taxes (except VAT), travel and other expenses, etc.

Tato částka uvedená v Rozpise plateb piedstavuje celkovou kompenzaci vyplacenou na základě této Smlouvy a zahrnuje veškeré úkony a péči uvedenou v Protokolu, použití zaiízení a vybavení, náklady na personál, administrativní náklady, režii, náklady spojené s tietími stranami, daně (kromě DPH), cestovní a jiné výdaje, atd.
KOMPENZACE. (a) The compensation for the conduct of the Study is defined in the Fee and Payment Schedule enclosed as Appendix A. This amount included in the Fee and Payment Schedule represents the entire compensation to Institution under this Agreement and it includes without limitation, all work and care specified in the Protocol, the use of the facilities and equipment, staff costs (except remuneration of the Investigator and the Study Personnel, which will be exclusively governed by separate Investigator Agreement, and except remuneration of Pharmacist, Radiologist, and Cardiologist, which will be exclusively governed by separate agreements with the Pharmacist, Radiologist and Cardiologist), administrative costs, overhead, third party costs, taxes, travel and other expenses etc. The Fee and Payment Schedule may be modified solely through prior written consent by the parties. Tato částka uvedená v Rozpise plateb představuje celkovou kompenzaci vyplacenou Zdravotnickému zařízení na základě této Smlouvy a zahrnuje veškeré úkony a péči uvedenou v Protokolu, použití zařízení a vybavení, náklady na personál (kromě odměny Hlavního zkoušejícího a Studijního personálu, která bude stanovena v samostatné smlouvě s Hlavním zkoušejícím a kromě odměny Farmaceuta, Radiologa, a Kardiologa, která bude stanovena v samostatných smlouvách s Farmaceutem, Radiologem a Kardiologem), administrativní náklady, režii, náklady spojené s třetími stranami, daně a jiné výdaje, atd. Rozpis plateb lze měnit výhradně na základě předchozího písemného souhlasu smluvních stran.
KOMPENZACE. 7.1 Compensation shall be provided to the Institution in accordance with the payment schedule in Attachment A. The payment represents fair value for the direct investigation costs and Institution’s costs of conducting the Trial. All amounts are inclusive of all direct, indirect, overhead and other costs, including laboratory and ancillary service charges, and shall remain firm for the duration of the Trial, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties. 7.1. Instituce obdrží kompenzaci v souladu s harmonogramem plateb uvedeným v příloze A. Platba představuje reálnou hodnotu přímých nákladů na výzkum a nákladů Instituce vynaložených na provedení Klinického hodnocení. Všechny částky zahrnují veškeré přímé, nepřímé, režijní a další náklady, včetně poplatků za laboratorní a pomocné služby, a zůstávají fixní po celou dobu trvání Klinického hodnocení, pokud se Smluvní strany písemně nedohodnou jinak. 7.2 The Sponsor shall enter into a separate agreement with PI (and alternatively with members of the Study Team) for activities in the matter of this Trial beyond activities for which the Institution is responsible under this Agreement. The Agreement shall set out, among other things, the compensation of PI (alternatively members of the Study Team) for the performance of these activities. The Sponsor acknowledges that such compensation must be in accordance with the Institution's internal regulations throughout the duration of the clinical trial, for which the PI is responsible. The Sponsor declares that, with the exception of the agreement according to the preceding text, it shall not enter into any other agreement with any employee of the Institution in connection with the Trial. 7.2. Zadavatel uzavře s HZ (a případně se členy studijního týmu) samostatnou smlouvu na činnosti ve věci tohoto Klinického hodnocení nad rámec činností, za které odpovídá Instituce podle této Smlouvy. Smlouva mj. stanoví odměnu HZ (popř. členů studijního týmu) za provedení těchto činností. Zadavatel bere na vědomí, že výše odměny musí být po celou dobu trvání klinického hodnocení v souladu s vnitřními předpisy Instituce, za což odpovídá HZ. Zadavatel prohlašuje, že s výjimkou smlouvy dle předchozího textu neuzavře žádnou další smlouvu s žádným zaměstnancem Instituce v souvislosti s Klinickým hodnocením. 7.3 The Sponsor and the Institution agree that the compensation being paid to the Institution under this Agreement shall constitute the fair market value of the services to be provided...
KOMPENZACE a) PSI undertakes to pay to the Institution for the conduct of the Study, i.e. for visits, examinations and other services provided under this Agreement, a compensation set out in the Fee and Payment Schedule enclosed as Attachment 1. The amount(s) included in the Fee and Payment Schedule represents the entire compensation under this Agreement and it includes without limitation, all work and care anticipated by the Protocol, the use of the facilities and equipment, staff costs, administrative costs, overhead, third party costs, and other expenses, etc. a) PSI se zavazuje uhradit poskytovateli zdravotních služeb za provádění Studie, tj. za návštěvy, vyšetření a další služby poskytnuté na základě této smlouvy, odměnu v souladu s Rozpisem plateb přiloženým k této Smlouvě jako Příloha 1. Odměna uvedená v Rozpise plateb představuje celkovou kompenzaci vyplacenou na základě této Smlouvy a zahrnuje veškeré úkony a péči uvedenou v Protokolu, použití zařízení a vybavení, náklady na personál, administrativní náklady, režii, náklady spojené s třetími stranami, a jiné výdaje, atd.

Tato částka uvedená v Rozpise plateb, kterou se PSI, zastupující Zadavatele, zavazuje uhradit Zdravotnickému zařízení, představuje celkovou kompenzaci vyplacenou na základě této Smlouvy Zdravotnickému zařízení a zahrnuje veškeré úkony a péči uvedenou v Protokolu, použití zařízení a vybavení, náklady na personál, administrativní náklady, režii, náklady spojené s třetími stranami, daně, cestovní a jiné výdaje, atd. Rozpis plateb lze měnit výhradně na základě předchozího písemného souhlasu smluvních stran. Částky v rozpisu jsou vždy uvedeny bez DPH v zákonné výši.

Odměna Hlavního zkoušejícího a Studijního personálu bude upravena v samostatné Smlouvě s Hlavním zkoušejícím.
