Landlord's Right to Access. Landlord or Landlord's agents may enter the premises in the event of an emergency, to make repairs or improvements or to show the premises to prospective buyers or tenants. Landlord may also enter the premises to conduct an annual, semi-annual, or quarterly inspection to check for safety or maintenance problems. Except in cases of emergency, Tenant's abandonment of the premises, court order, or where it is impracticable to do so, Landlord shall give Tenant twenty- four hours notice before entering.
Landlord's Right to Access. In addition to any other rights reserved to Landlord under this Lease, Landlord shall have the following rights to access the Premises.
(A) With Landlord’s prior consent, Tenant shall have the right to install various locks on and within the Premises. Tenant shall furnish Landlord with copies of any such keys or combinations to provide access only in the event of an emergency or as otherwise set forth in this Lease. Tenant shall have a continuing obligation for the duration of the Lease, and any extensions thereto, to provide Landlord with any keys and/or passcodes necessary to enter the Premises.
(B) Landlord and its agents, contractors and invitees shall have the right to enter the Premises any reasonable time and after reasonable notice (i) for inspection; (ii) to supply any service that Landlord is obligated to provide under the terms and conditions of this Lease; (iii) to show the Premises to prospective buyers, lenders or tenants; (iv) to affix and display “For Sale” or “For Rent” signs; and (v) to make repairs, alterations, additions or improvements to the Premises or other portion of Landlord’s Property, which the examination or exhibition in making of any repairs to the Premises shall not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s use.
(C) When possible, Landlord will give Tenant _______ hours (24 if not specified) notice of the date, time and reason for the visit. In emergencies, Landlord may enter the Premises without notice. If Tenant is not present, Landlord will notify Tenant who was there and for what purpose within _______ hours (24 if not specified) of the visit.
(D) Landlord shall not be liable in any manner to Tenant by reason of such entry or performance of repairs, alterations and/or additions to the Premises, and the obligations of Tenant hereunder shall not be affected, absent grossly negligent or intentional actions or failures to act attributable to Landlord, or any person or entity engaged by or on behalf of Landlord to perform such work. Landlord agrees (except in the case of Tenant’s default hereunder) that all repairs, alterations and additions (excepting only emergency work or work that must, in Landlord’s judgment, be performed on an urgent basis) by Landlord shall be performed in a reasonable manner at reasonable times, subject to the limitations contained herein.

Landlord's Right to Access. Tenant shall permit Landlord and its agents to enter upon the Premises at all reasonable times during business hours to examine the condition of the same and that said inspection does not interfere adversely with the conduct of the Tenant’s daily business, except in case of emergency, and shall permit Landlord to make such repairs as may be required. Tenant shall permit Landlord and its agents to enter upon the Tenant’s Premises at all reasonable times to make repairs or construct improvements to the Building or the Premises for the benefit of Tenant or other occupants of the Building or Property provided such repairs or additional improvements do not substantially impair or diminish the Tenant’s use of the Premises. Landlord shall use its best efforts to minimize any disruption of the Tenant’s operations as a result of such entry into the Premises. Tenant shall permit Landlord, for a period of sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiration of the Term of this Lease, to place upon the Premises the usual “For Rent” or “For Sale” signs, and shall permit Landlord and its agents, at reasonable times, to show the Premises to prospective tenants or purchasers.
Landlord's Right to Access. Landlord may enter the Leased Premises:
A. Without notice to either inspect the Leased Premises, enforce any of Landlord’s rules and regulations, enforce a provision of this Master Lease or in case of an emergency;
B. Upon reasonable notice to Tenant, either to affect repairs it is obligated to perform or to add, alter, improve, repair, or otherwise construct or maintain any part of the Store adjacent to the Leased Premises; and
C. With twenty four (24) hours advance notice to Tenant to show the Leased Premises to a prospective lender, lessee, or purchaser.
Landlord's Right to Access. Tenant shall permit Landlord and Trustee and their agents to enter upon said Premises at all reasonable times during business hours to examine the condition of the same, provided that Landlord and/or Trustee gives Tenant twenty-four (24) hour notice thereof except for in time of emergency, and provided further that such entry is consistent with the Tenant's security regulations, and shall permit Landlord and/or Trustee to make such repairs as may be required. Tenant shall permit Landlord for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the expiration of the original or extended term of this Lease, to place upon the Premises the usual "For Rent"
Landlord's Right to Access. Throughout the entire course of Landlord’s Work and Tenant’s Work, Landlord, Landlord’s authorized representatives (including Tenant Coordinator) and Landlord’s contractors shall have access to the Premises and shall have the right to inspect the progress of Tenant’s Work, Tenant’s and Tenant’s Contractor’s compliance with the provisions of the Lease, this Exhibit C and the Tenant Package, and to install such portions of Landlord’s Work that first requires all or some portion of Tenant’s Work to be completed. If Landlord or any of Landlord’s representatives or contractors shall enter the Premises during the course of Tenant’s Work, Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to avoid interfering with the progress of Tenant’s Work upon the Premises.

Except in cases of emergency, Xxxxxx's abandonment of the premises, court order, or where it is impractical to do so, Landlord shall give Tenant 24 hours notice before entering.
Landlord's Right to Access. 14.1 Landlord's agents, employees, or representatives shall have the right to enter upon the Demised Premises any time for the purpose of inspecting the same, or of making repairs to the Demised Premises, or adjacent premises if necessary, or of showing the Demised Premises to prospective purchasers, lessees or lenders.
Landlord's Right to Access. Except in cases of Tenants’ abandonment before the term end date and/or court order, Landlord or Landlord’s designated agent shall give Tenants 24 hour notice before entering to make repairs, conduct an inspection to check for safety or maintenance problems, or to show the premises to prospective buyers or tenants and Tenants shall have the right to be present during said access. The foregoing notwithstanding, in cases of emergency, when 24 hour notice is not practical (e.g.: severe storm damage, police/fire department services required, etc.) and/or the Landlord or Landlord’s agent must access the premises to prevent or lessen loss to property, the Tenant will be given as much notice as practically possible and a reasonable attempt will be made to contact Tenant at the premises or by other communication device (cell phone, voice mail or pager) if such means were made available to the Landlord by the Tenant.
Landlord's Right to Access. Landlord and its agents shall have free access to the Premises for the purpose of examining the same to ascertain if they are in good repair, posting notices of non-responsibility, making repairs or installations which Landlord may be required or permitted to make hereunder and exhibiting the same to prospective purchasers or tenants. Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant for exercise of its right of entry hereunder or under any other provision of this Lease.
