LATE ENROLLEE. If an Eligible Employee or an Eligible Dependent does not enroll during the applicable initial enrollment period described in Paragraph D. of this section, the Eligible Employee or Eligible Dependent is a Late Enrollee. A Late Enrollee may enroll only during next scheduled Open Enrollment Period.

LATE ENROLLEE. If an Eligible Employee or an Eligible Dependent does not enroll during the applicable initial enrollment period described in Paragraph E. of this section, the Eligible Employee or Eligible Dependent is a Late Enrollee. Following the receipt and acceptance of a completed enrollment application, the Effective Date of coverage for a Late Enrollee will be the date of the Group’s next Contract Date.

LATE ENROLLEE. Any employee and/or their dependent(s) who did not enroll on the dental plan following completion of the employee’s eligibility period, as defined above, will be considered a late enrollee and will have a 24 month waiting period for Major Services (Class III).   • CHILD AND DEPENDENT ADULT/ELDER ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR shall establish a procedure acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR to ensure that all employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement report child abuse or neglect to one of the agencies specified in Penal Code Section 11165.9 and dependent adult or elder abuse as defined in Section 15610.07 of the WIC to one of the agencies specified in WIC Section 15630. CONTRACTOR shall require such employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement to sign a statement acknowledging the child abuse reporting requirements set forth in Sections 11166 and 11166.05 of the Penal Code and the dependent adult and elder abuse reporting requirements, as set forth in Section 15630 of the WIC, and shall comply with the provisions of these code sections, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.

  • CREDIT FOR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE All employees shall be classified according to previous comparable supermarket experience. Previous comparable experience shall be granted on the following basis:

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Or equivalent work experience. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of IT work experience in production and operations support.

  • Teaching Assistants 1. All Teaching Assistants shall receive the same remuneration per base unit and the difference between the amount paid a Graduate Teaching Assistant and other Teaching Assistants is an associated scholarship. See XIII D. for appropriate compensation.
