Late Policy Sample Clauses

Late Policy. Any client who is late for a lesson, will only be taught for the remainder of the agreed upon lesson time frame. After 15 minutes, the swim instructor is not required to fulfill the lesson. It will be considered a “no show” and the client will be charged for the lesson. Any swim instructor who is late for a lesson should add on the missed amount of time to the end of the lesson. If this is not possible and the swim instructor is over 15 minutes late, there will be no charge for the lesson.
Late Policy. If the Client is late by more than minutes, the session will be considered forfeited without the ability to be re-scheduled.
Late PolicyAll children must be picked up at the end of the school day. There will be no exceptions to this policy – unless staying for clubs, athletics, meetings, etc. Any family picking up a child beyond the 30 minutes ending time will be assessed $10.00 per child for the first 15 minutes late and $5.00 per 5 minutes thereafter, per event, as a late penalty. Time will be computed by the cell phone time. Fine is due at the time of pick up. After the 3rd offense, TMSA staff or administration will contact the authorities. ● Fever in the past 24 hours ● Vomiting in the past 24 hours ● Diarrhea in the past 24 hours ● Chills ● Sore throat(that cannot be relieved with a cough drop) ● Strep Throat (must have been taking an antibiotic for at least 24 hours before returning to school) ● Bad cold, with a very runny nose or bad cough, especially if it has kept the child awake at night Aspirin, Tylenol, and other patient over-the-counter drugs are not available through school. Should you wish for your child to have access to these medications, you must sign a waiver and leave a supply with the school’s administrative assistant or nurse aide. The medication to be administered by designated school personnel must be sent directly from the pharmacy or physician’s office or brought to school by the student’s parent/guardian. The school must receive a Medication Administration Directions Form signed by the student’s physician and parent/guardian. The following information must be printed clearly on the original medication container: ● Student’s Name ● Name of the medication ● Dosage ● Time the medication must be taken Bring in only the amount of medication that is needed for a school day. In the case of prolonged need, send in the amount for a clearly specified period such as one week or one month. Extra medication will not be sent home with a student. All medication will be kept in a secure location in the school.
Late Policy. If you are running late for a reservation, we ask that you notify our staff by calling 424- 425-7500 as soon as possible so we may hold your spot. If you arrive late for an appointment, you will be charged for the full duration of that appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation and have not contacted us by phone, we have the right to give the entire duration of your reservation to another child, and you will forfeit the full amount.
Late Policy. Every effort is made to keep our physicians’ schedules on time; therefore if you are more than 15 minutes late we cannot guarantee that you will be seen immediately, but we will do our best to work you in to the schedule as time permits. If all the providers’ schedules are full you may be asked to reschedule your appointment to a later date. Missed/Cancelled Appointments & Procedures: Every effort is made to accommodate our patients’ requests for appointment and procedure dates/times; therefore, it is important that you make every effort to keep your scheduled appointments. No shows and appointments for office visits cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a fee of $50. Cancellation of a scheduled procedure, for any non-medical reason, within 48 hours will also be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. To cancel an office visit or procedure please call our office at 000-000-0000. Please be advised that multiple missed appointments may result in dismissal from our practice.

Sick Policy: Brella is a well-child facility. Children must stay home if they are exhibiting any signs of illness. Signs of illness include but are not limited to: a temperature of 100 degrees or higher, consistent runny nose, consistent sneezing, consistent coughing, chills, aches, rashes, pink eye, fatigue, vomiting or diarrhea. Children must stay home until they have not had a fever and have been illness - and medicine - free for 24 hours or have a physician’s note. If a child must miss an appointment due to illness, please contact the center at 000-000-0000. If a cancellation due to illness occurs less than four hours before the appointment, the hours will be charged and you will not receive any credit or refund. If your child is ill, we will attempt to reach someone from the approved contacts on a child’s profile. Once notified that a child is ill, parents/caregivers will be asked to pick up the child within 30 minutes or as soon as possible. When a child is sent home due to illness, the remaining hours for that appointment will be charged and you will not receive any credit or refund.

Late Policy. Clients are responsible for arriving on-time to their training sessions. Trainers are obligated to wait only 15 minutes, the trainer is not required to lead the remaining time of the session and the session may be lost. Individuals registering for personal training must complete all personal training sessions by plan’s expiration date. All personal training packages expire after 60 days and all packages are non-refundable/non-transferable.
Late Policy. Our meetings will begin promptly on time and end on time, based on the meeting duration we have set together. If you are late, the session will still be billed the same as if you had arrived on time. This is so that we can each respect one another's time, and to provide external structure for making and keeping appointments.
Late Policy. The checkout equipment pool is a limited resource serving the entire campus community. Please bring equipment back to the Learning Studio desk on the due date. A $5 per day late fee will be charged for overdue equipment.
