Leaflets. Leaflets to communicate the project objectives and main activities will be produced. Different kind of leaflets will be produced, informative leaflets about the main project objectives and activities and technical leaflets about each one of the sites which will explain the natural characteristics of each area, the threats and actuations done, results expected, etc. All this material will be available in two versions: online and printer but in order to reduce the project ecological footprint, online version will be prioritized. Leaflets. Specific leaflets have been created in the frame of the WP9 in Tangier, Xxxxx, Nice, San Jordi, Siracusa, and Lyngen (Fig. 4 to 11). They are available in English. After their validation by the Test site leaders, the leaflet will be proposed to the local stakeholders, especially to the Civil Protection. Then the leaflets will be translated in the local language under request by the end-users. They are already available in French (Nice, Tangier) and Italian (Siracusa). Some booklets are also available in Greek (Heraklion), Turkish (Haydarpasa and Gulluk – Fig. 12), and Romanian (Eforie Nord). The leaflets introduce basic information about tsunami hazard (e.g. forewarning signs of an impending tsunami); more specific information about the tsunamis events that ever occurred in the Past in each Test site; modelled inundation zones achieved in the frame of the WP8; and advises, e.g. evacuation path and safe areas which have been selected through scientific expertise and evacuation modelling in the frame of the WP9.

  • Advertisement Each Lender and each Credit Party hereby authorizes MCF to publish the name of such Lender and Credit Party, the existence of the financing arrangements referenced under this Agreement, the primary purpose and/or structure of those arrangements, the amount of credit extended under each facility, the title and role of each party to this Agreement, and the total amount of the financing evidenced hereby in any “tombstone”, comparable advertisement or press release which MCF elects to submit for publication. In addition, each Lender and each Credit Party agrees that MCF may provide lending industry trade organizations with information necessary and customary for inclusion in league table measurements after the Closing Date. With respect to any of the foregoing, MCF shall provide Borrowers with an opportunity to review and confer with MCF regarding the contents of any such tombstone, advertisement or information, as applicable, prior to its submission for publication and, following such review period, MCF may, from time to time, publish such information in any media form desired by MCF, until such time that Borrowers shall have requested MCF cease any such further publication.

  • Packaging Tangible product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage, and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled, shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without extra charge for packing materials, cases, or other types of containers. All containers and packaging shall become and remain Customer’s property.

  • Safety Glasses Section 1. The City shall supply prescription safety glasses with plastic lenses to employees who are required to wear safety glasses and who are members of the classifications contained in Appendix C to this contract. Safety glasses which are authorized must be industrial grade safety glasses which meet or exceed the requirements of ANSI Specification Z87. 1. All employees who are required to wear safety glasses shall also be required to wear side xxxxxxx, either permanent or snap-on, whenever an eye hazard exists. Solid tinted glasses will not be approved unless required by prescription. Photogray, progressive, scratch coating and/or anti-glare lenses may be considered for those employees who primarily work outdoors or as prescribed. In the event that additional classes are identified as needing either prescription safety glasses or protective eyewear, such classes may be added to the classification list in Appendix C upon approval of PAGE and the City. Section 2. The City agrees to pay the full cost of required prescription safety glasses, with frames not to exceed $75.00. This excludes the cost of the eye examination which will be the responsibility of the employee. The effected employees will be allowed one (1) replacement of safety glasses every two (2) years. In the event the safety glasses become lost, unserviceable, or broken on the job, the employee must present a written request for replacement to the Department Head and Human Resources Director. If the employee breaks his safety glasses while on the job, the Department shall replace the glasses at no cost to the employee. The replacement of lost glasses or glasses that are broken off the job will be at the discretion of the Department Head and Human Resources Director. If an employee has been provided safety glasses by the City, the employee shall be permitted to retain possession of the glasses after separation from the City without reimbursing the City for any costs associated with the glasses. Section 3. An employee who is required to wear prescription safety glasses must present a written request to his department head or designated representative. Section 4. The employee must obtain a current prescription and the employee is authorized the use of sick leave not to exceed two (2) hours to accomplish this examination. The employee will obtain a purchase order from the Department Head prior to ordering the safety glasses. The employee will present the purchase order to the appropriate vendor when ordering. The vendor will contact the appropriate Department Head when the glasses are ready for delivery. The Department Head will then notify the employee who will present himself at the vendor for fitting and pickup. Section 5. In the event a probationary employee has been issued safety glasses and terminates his employment with the City for any reason during the probationary period, he shall be required to reimburse the City for any expenses incurred in the purchase of safety glasses.

  • Media No media releases, public announcements or public disclosures relating to this Agreement or its subject matter, including but not limited to promotional or marketing material, shall be made by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the Client.

  • Packages a. CLIENT has purchased one or more of the following packages (the “Package”) as Full Season, Single Game or Bundled Packages from TAILGATE GUYS as reflected in the order placed with TAILGATE GUYS by CLIENT and incorporated herein by reference upon payment therefore: (i) Varsity (ii) Letterman (iii) All-American (iv) Club b. The Tailgating Services provided by TAILGATE GUYS pursuant to this Agreement may, at the option of CLIENT and subject to availability, include a media package comprised of a television, stand, connection to a satellite, connection to a receiver, and power source (a “Media Package”). CLIENT acknowledges and agrees that TAILGATE GUYS has no control over television broadcasts and shall not be held accountable for any channel “blackouts” caused by contract disputes or any lack of service due to inclement weather or other availability issues. In the event of services issues resulting from setup or technical matters not covered in the aforementioned terms of this paragraph, any refund for services is limited to either the amount separately invoiced or the portion of a tailgate package price related to media package(s) based on TAILGATE GUYS’s current, standard rates for similar service as sold separately to the general public.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Literature Review A-E shall conduct a literature review to determine which species have been identified as special status by state, federal, and local resources agencies and organizations, and have a potential to occur on the project site or in the immediate vicinity. Sources to be reviewed include: (1) special status species lists from the California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG), United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), and California Native Plant Society (CNPS); (2) database searches of the California Natural Diversity Database (CNDDB) and the Electronic Inventory of the CNPS; (3) the most recent Federal Register listing package and critical habitat determination for each federally Endangered or Threatened species potentially occurring on the project site; (4) the CDFG Annual Report on the status of California’s listed Threatened and Endangered plants and animals; and (5) other biological studies conducted in the vicinity of the project site.
