Lease/License. The license can be rented for one year. The lease includes the Maintenance subscription for as long as the lease is active. The lease can be renewed or converted to a permanent license at any time. The Academic License is only intended for non-commercial purposes. The Software Demo Version is provided free of charge and is only intended for non-commercial purposes. There is no hardlock nor softlock necessary to start it.
Lease/License. CKSD will grant CSTOCK a long-term leaseor similar license to use the theater for multiple consecutive terms of ten (10) years.
Lease/License. (except in the ordinary course of business consistent with prior practice) , sell, transfer or encumber or permit to be encumbered any asset, Target Intellectual Property or other property associated with the business of Target or its Subsidiaries (including sales or transfers to Affiliates of Target or its Subsidiaries);

Lease/License. Purchase of LEASE LICENSE entitles you to use the most current version of the Software when purchasing including SOFTWARE SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE SERVICES as defined in article 7 of this AGREEMENT, for the period nominated in your purchase order duly approved by InterAC. Standard LEASE LICENSE is for an annual period. Upon expiration of LEASE period, the LEASE LICENSE shall automatically become disabled. LEASE LICENSE is not renewing automatically but subject to renewal order from you to your SOFTWARE SUPPLIER. ON TERMINATION OF YOUR LEASE LICENSE YOU AGREE TO REMOVE THE SOFTWARE FROM ALL COMPUTERS AND RETURN THE SOFTWARE IN FULL TO YOUR SUPPLIER AND CERTIFY IN WRITING TO YOUR SUPPLIER THAT YOU HAVE REMOVED AND DESTROYED ALL COPIES.
Lease/License. Subject to the payment of a monthly license fee, SoundPLAN grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license, limited in time by the term of lease, to use the software as set out in this XXXX and the offer of SoundPLAN or the official SoundPLAN Partner.
Lease/License. During the Term of this Agreement and subject to its terms and conditions, if for any reason this Agreement is not sufficiently meeting the Xxxx Trust’s needs, then, at the Xxxx Trust’s request, the Port agrees to negotiate in good faith to enter into a lease or license for the Former Xxxxxx Avenue on the Port’s standard real property agreement forms and subject to Port Commission and Board of Supervisors approval, if required, each in its sole discretion. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the obligations of the Parties under this Section 3(e) shall automatically terminate upon the filing of an action by either Party to resolve the Title Claims.
Lease/License. Rimrock Investor hereby grants to the Debtors a lease and license (as applicable) to use, occupy and otherwise operate the Deed in Lieu Property during the Restructuring Support Period consistent with past practices and in the ordinary course of business. Immediately upon the expiration of the Restructuring Support Period (without the need for the provision of any eviction or other notice by Rimrock Investor, any such notice being hereby waived by the Debtors), the lease and license of the Deed in Lieu Property to the Debtors by Rimrock Investor shall expire and/or shall otherwise be immediately revoked. The Debtors hereby agree to jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless each of Prepetition Lender, Rimrock Investor, and their respective officers, directors, partners, shareholders, employees, agents, advisors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, actions, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from or relating to the Debtors’ use, occupancy or operation of the Deed in Lieu Property (whether pursuant to the lease and/or license set forth in this Section 6 or otherwise). At all times during the Restructuring Support Period, the Debtors shall maintain liability and hazard insurance on the Deed in Lieu Property that is acceptable in form and substance to Rimrock (and the Prepetition Lender and Rimrock Investor shall be included as additional insured parties under such insurance).
Lease/License. 6.3.1. With the lease license, the Customer acquires, for the duration of the lease relationship, a right of use of the software in accordance with the license conditions (XXXX) and the relevant product specification.
6.3.2. The rental fee for the stipulated contractual period must be paid in full in advance and is due upon contract conclusion.
6.3.3. The lease will automatically be renewed at the end of the original concluded contractual period (contractual duration) by an additional lease with the same duration and terms, provided that the contract is not terminated in writing through the receipt of one (1) month written notice submitted before the end of the ongoing contractual period.
Lease/License. Lease Licenses renew automatically unless Licensee or Licensor notify the other party of their intention not to renew the Lease License. Any extension of a Lease License pending procurement of a Purchase Order or Invoice shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any such extensions are at Licensor’s sole discretion.
Lease/License. Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing to the contrary, the Parties agree that, during the Initial Term or any valid Extension Term for which MFLEX has provided proper notice, this Agreement shall be considered a lease agreement in all respects and that MFLEX shall be afforded all rights of a “tenant” or “lessee” under applicable law, provided, however, that after expiration of the Initial Term or any valid Extension Term, this Agreement shall be considered a license in all respects and MFLEX shall be considered a “licensee” hereunder. MFLEX acknowledges and agrees (i) that DDi is entering into this Agreement as an accommodation to MFLEX to facilitate the transition of the business of MFLEX from the Real Property to its New Headquarters, and (ii) that the parties’ agreement to convert MFLEX rights to a licensee at the expiration of the Initial Term or any valid Extension Term is intended to facilitate DDi’s ability to terminate the possession of MFLEX of the Licensed Area following the expiration or termination of any Extension Term.
