ARTICLE MARINE DISASTER An Officer who, while employed by the Company, suffers loss of clothing or other personal effects of any kind because of marine disaster or shipwreck, shall be compensated by the Company of such loss up to a maximum of three thousand dollars ($3,000.00). An Officer or his estate making claim under this section shall submit reasonable proof to the Company of the actual loss he suffered. Any dispute between an Officer and a Company with respect to a claim made under subjection shall be subject to the grievance and arbitration procedures set forth in this agreement.

That benefit will be equivalent to the difference between seventy-five per cent (75%) of her regular weekly earnings and the sum of her weekly Employment Insurance pregnancy benefits during her leave and any other earnings. Such payment shall commence following completion of the two week Employment Insurance waiting period, and receipt by the Hospital of the employee's Employment Insurance cheque stub as proof that she is in receipt of Employment Insurance pregnancy benefits, and shall continue while the employee is in receipt of such benefits, for a maximum period of weeks for a pregnancy leave.
