Leave for Union Business. Leave of absence without pay to attend Union business will be granted. The total of such days shall not exceed fifty (50) days per annum and no more than four (4) Nurses shall be absent from duty at any one time. During such leave of absence, the Nurses' salary and applicable benefits shall be maintained by the Employer and the Union agrees to reimburse the Employer in the amount of the full cost of such salary and applicable benefits.
