Leave with Reduced Pay. 20.1.1 Leave with reduced pay may be authorized by the Superintendent of Schools upon favorable recommendation by the employee’s principal or immediate supervisor for purposes not identified as Personal Leave. Leave with Reduced Pay may be granted for the following:
Leave with Reduced Pay. Certificated employees who have exhausted their personal and sick-leave due to a prolonged illness or accident, may take up to two (2) additional days approved leave with reduced pay, deducted at the rate of the substitute and related costs. Use of this article is excluded if the employee enters the Certificated Sick Leave Bank.
