Level One - Principal or Immediate Superior. An employee with a grievance shall first discuss it with his immediate supervisor with the objective of resolving the matter informally. If the grievance is not adjusted to the satisfaction of the teacher within five (5) school days following the discussion, the employee shall refer the grievance to the principal within ten (10) school days of the initial filing of the grievance with the principal who shall render his decision within five (5) school days.
