Level One - Superintendent of Schools. (a) If the administrator is not satisfied with the outcome of the informal procedures, he/she may present his/her claim as a written grievance to the Superintendent within twenty (20) days after he/she knew or should have known of the act or conditions on which the grievance is based. (b) The Superintendent shall, within five (5) days after receipt of written grievance, render his/her decision in writing, stating that the grievance is either upheld or denied, with copies given to the Administrator and the President of the Association.

Level One - Superintendent of Schools. If the grievant is not satisfied with the outcome of the informal discussion of the grievance with his or her immediate supervisor, the grievant may submit the grievance in writing to the Superintendent. A grievance will be deemed waived if it is not submitted in writing to the Superintendent at this Level One within ten (10) days.

The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.
