Liability Deposit. 20.1 A Liability Deposit must be lodged on the day of departure by Visa Card or MasterCard only (cash or cheque or EFT not accepted).
20.2 The Liability Deposits are;
(a) BRONZE PACKAGE Option: $6,000.00 payable by credit card;
(b) SILVER PACKAGE Option: $2,000.00 payable by credit card;
(c) PLATINUM PACKAGE Option: $250.00 payable by credit card.
20.3 The Liability Deposit is fully refundable to You provided:
(a) all amounts due to Us under the Rental Contract have been paid, including toll road charges and refuelling costs;
(b) the Vehicle has been returned to the Rental Location at the date and time set in the Rental Agreement;
(c) there is no Damage or Third Party Loss or missing items;
(d) the exterior and interior of the Vehicle are clean; and
(e) there has not been a Major Breach of the Rental Contract.
Liability Deposit. 15.1. Upon pick up of the Vehicle, the Customer agrees Condor Campers to secure a Liability Deposit of 1,200,000 CLP on the Customers credit card (no cash or debit card Liability Deposit allowed).The Customer irrevocably mandates Condor Campers to deduct from the Liability Deposit any amounts due to Damages, infringement of this Agreement or payments agreed on it.
15.2. Any Liability Deposit lasts for 30 days. In case of rentals longer than 30 days, a re-authorisation of the Liability Deposit will be automatically processed by Condor Campers after 30 days.
15.3. Condor Campers recommends that the Customer obtains separate travel insurance. We do not provide or arrange insurance of any kind. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Condor Xxxxxxx is not an insurer and that clause 17 is only a limited indemnity and is not intended to create a contract of insurance.
Liability Deposit. 14.1. In case of an accident with a third-party, the Customer will be responsible for Damages up to the amount of the deductible (Liability Deposit). The Liability is applicable regardless of who is at fault and will be charged at the time the accident is reported to Condor Campers, not at the end of the Rental Period. Where a Third Party is involved and recognised as responsible for the accident, the Vehicle Liability Deposit will be refunded only if Condor Campers are successful in recovering the cost of the Damages from the Third Party. Please note that Third Party claims can take many months to resolve.
14.2. In the case of Damage to the Vehicle or loss of the Vehicles windows, mirrors, exterior lights, Tyres, Roof Top Tent, Accessories, Contents and Camping Utensils as detailed in Table 1, Condor Campers reserve the right to deduct the damage fees as detailed in Table 1 from the Customers’ Liability Deposit.
14.3. In case of a theft of the Vehicle, the Customer will be responsible for costs up to 2.500.000 CLP.
14.4. In case of driving the Vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the Customer will be responsible for costs up to 2.500.000 CLP
14.5. A single Vehicle accident (SVA) includes, but is not limited to A collision to a fixed object, a Vehicle that has rolled, tipped or fallen over and this has caused damage to the Vehicle. The Customer will be charged 2.500.000 CLP in case of a single Vehicle accident.
14.6. The Customer is fully liable for all costs due to Damages and inappropriate uses of the Vehicle as identified in clauses 8, 9 and 14. If the costs exceed the Liability Deposit, Condor Campers reserve the right to obtain these additional costs from the customer;
14.7. Accident/fine whilst not respecting any traffic signs.
14.8. Accident/fine whilst driving over the speed limit 14.9. Accident by falling asleep at the wheel or fatigue
14.10. Accident/fine whilst driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
14.11. Theft whilst leaving the Vehicle with the ignition key inside while it is unoccupied.
14.12. Damage to the Vehicles under body, roof (rooftop tent Damages included), interior or tyres (xxxxxxxx and rims), windows, windscreen, Vehicle accessories if not occurred during a reported multiple Vehicle accident.
14.13. Damages to door locks, door handles or windows in case of Vehicle break-ins
14.14. Damage to the Vehicle by:
a) Submersion in any type of water
b) Contact with salt water c) Creek or river crossing

20.3 The Liability Deposit is fully refundable to You provided:
(a) all amounts due to Us under the Rental Contract have been paid, including toll road charges and refuelling costs;
(b) the Vehicle has been returned to the Rental Location at the date and time set in the Rental Agreement;
(c) there is no Damage or Third Party Loss or missing items;
(d) the exterior and interior of the Vehicle are clean; and
(e) there has not been a Major Breach of the Rental Contract.

The liability deposit is refundable providing the Motorhome is returned on time, to the agreed location, with fuel and gas full, in a clean condition, with no damage or items missing and in accordance with the Rental Agreement. The Liability Deposit are;

Liability Deposit. Renter SHALL PAY A $1,000.00 LIABILITY DEPOSIT PRIOR TO LEAVING PROPERTY, and is responsible for ALL damages and fees to the UTV/TRAILER/equipment. If the UTV/TRAILER/ equipment is LATE, DAMAGED, OR MUST BE TAKEN OUT OF SERVICE OR REPLACED, the liability deposit and additional money, if applicable, for ANY LOSS will be paid for when the rental is returned. There may be additional fees for: damages that are unseen, LOSS OF USE UP TO 14 DAYS, fuel, cleaning, abuse, and late fees. The liability deposit shall not bear interest. LATE FEE: $50 first 30 minutes late, $50 each consecutive 30 minutes. Fees will be deducted from deposit. HELMET CLEANING FEE: $25 abuse fee PER helmet returned muddy or wet on INSIDE of helmet. This may happen when renters do not wear helmet and let it roll around in the back of UTV. Fees will be deducted from deposit. BAD WEATHER: Captain’s Hideaway Powersports Rentals, LLC rides rain or shine. We reserve the right to cancel this rental agreement due to inclement or impending bad weather. This could include but not limited to severe thunder storms, flash flooding, tornado watch/warning, freezing or near freezing temperatures, etc. A refund of amount paid will be issued minus any service/convenience fee charged by credit card company. NO REFUND ONCE RENTER LEAVES PROPERTY.
Liability Deposit. If the Liability Reduction Option or the Mighty Pack is not taken, the customer must pay the Liability Deposit. The Liability Deposit is $3,500 or $5,000 and is applicable regardless if the hirer has purchased private travel insurance.. The customer must provide a valid credit card or debit card to pay the Liability Deposit and the amount will be debited to the customer’s credit card or debit card on the day of vehicle collection. The credit or debit card holder must be present and able to sign for the Liability Deposit upon vehicle collection. The credit or debit card holder is jointly and severally liable for any damage to the rental vehicle. Any type of pre-paid travel card is not acceptable as a means to provide a Liability Deposit. The Liability Deposit is subject to a 1.6% credit card administration fee in addition to the Liability Deposit amount when the card used is either a Visa credit or debit card or MasterCard credit or debit card, or 2.8% when the credit card used is American Express. The credit card administration fees are subject to change. The Liability Deposit is fully refundable, including the 1.6% credit card administration fee, if the card used to provide the Liability Deposit is a Visa credit or debit card or MasterCard credit or debit card, provided the Vehicle is returned undamaged. Mighty recommend that customers use a Visa credit or debit card or MasterCard credit or debit card for the Liability Deposit, as the credit card administration fee that applies when using American Express credit card is not refundable.
Liability Deposit. The total sum of £500/£1,000 paid by You prior to the commencement of the Hire Period. Loss of Use – Our loss calculated on a daily rate based on the daily rate shown on the booking form because the Hired Vehicle is being repaired or replaced if it is written off as a result of an accident or theft of the Hired Vehicle. Loss of Use – Our loss, calculated on a daily basis at our daily rate while the Hired Vehicle is being repaired or replaced if it is written off as a result of an accident or theft. Major Breach – Result in immediate termination of the Hire Contract and cessation of the vehicle. You will be liable for all costs incurred. Mechanical Breakdown – Failure of a mechanical nature to the Hired Vehicle. Overhead Damage – Damage to the Hired vehicle above the door seal or above the front/back windscreen or damage to a third-party. Damage caused by objects or people on the roof of the Hired Vehicle. Rental Location – Xxxxxx Xxxx Motors, Xxxxxxxxxx Xxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX0 0XX Start of Hire – The date and time that the hire commences as stated on the Booking Form Third Party loss – Loss or damage to a third-party property, including vehicles and any claim for loss of income. Underbody Damage – Any damage caused by an impact either by an object or road to the underside of the Hired Vehicle. Vehicle Appraisal Form - We, Us, Our - Camper Hire Southwest Limited trading as CamperWay You, Your - an individual, firm or company that rents the Hired Vehicle
