Liaison Agencies. The competent authorities of the Contracting States shall, in order to facilitate the application of this Agreement, particularly for the creation of a simple and fast liaison between the agencies concerned, establish liaison agencies.
Liaison Agencies. 1. Pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 16 of the Agreement, the liaison agencies are established as follows: - in India, the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation; - in the Czech Republic, the Czech Social Security Administration.
2. The liaison agencies facilitate the communication between the agencies of the Contracting States and are entrusted with the duties defined in this Arrangement. They assist one another in application of the Agreement.
Liaison Agencies. In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 19 of the Agreement, the liaison agencies designated by each of the Parties shall be :
(a) as regards Québec, the Direction des ententes de sécurité sociale du ministère des Relations avec les citoyens et de l'Immigration or any other body that the competent authority of Québec may subsequently designate ;
(b) as regards the Czech Republic, Ceská spr sociího zabezpecení (Czech Social Security Administration).
Liaison Agencies. In accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 2 of Article 27 of the Agreement, the liaison agencies designated by each of the Parties are:
Liaison Agencies. 1. For the purpose of implementation of the Agreement and this Arrangement, the liaison agencies under Article 14 of the Agreement are:
(a) for Korea: the National Pension Service;
(b) for Finland: the Finnish Centre for Pensions (ETK).
2. The liaison agencies will mutually
(a) determine the procedures, forms, certificates and notifications necessary for implementation of the Agreement and this Arrangement;
(b) take measures in order to inform the persons concerned of their rights and of the appropriate procedures for the exercise of those rights;
(c) exchange statistics on annual basis regarding:
(i) the payments which have been made under the Agreement including data on the number of beneficiaries and the cash value of benefits paid, by the type of benefits; and
(ii) the number of certificates issued according to Article 5 of the Arrangement.
Liaison Agencies. Pursuant to article 34 of the Agreement, the liaison agencies shall be: In Belgium:
Liaison Agencies. (1) In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 22 of the Agreement, the liaison agencies designated by each of the Parties shall be,
(a) as regards Québec, the Direction des ententes de sécurité sociale of the Ministère des Relations avec les citoyens et de l'Immigration or any other body that the competent authority of Québec may subsequently designate ;
(b) as regards the Netherlands,
(i) with respect to old age and survivors' insurance, the Sociale Verzekeringsbank (Social Insurance Bank), Amstelveen ; and
(ii) with respect to disability insurance, the Landelijk Instituut Sociale Verzekeringen (Lisv) (National Institute for Social Insurance) c/o the GAK Nederland BV, Amsterdam.
(2) The responsibilities of the liaison agencies are stipulated in this Arrangement. For the purposes of the Agreement, liaison agencies may communicate directly with one another, with the persons concerned or with their representatives. The liaison agencies of the Parties shall assist each other in the implementation of the Agreement. More specifically, the Québec liaison agency shall, for the Netherlands, validate the periods of residence in Québec for the purposes of the General Old Age Pensions Act and the Surviving Dependants Act.
Liaison Agencies. 1. The liaison agencies referred to in paragraph 2 of Article 16 of the Agreement shall be:

a) for the Philippines,
(i) The International Operations Division, Social Security System; and
(ii) The Operations Groups, Government Service Insurance System.
b) for Sweden,
(i) The Swedish Social Insurance Agency, in relation to the application of the provisions in part II of the Agreement and to sickness compensation, activity compensation and benefits with respect to accidents at work and occupational diseases unless otherwise provided in (ii) of this subparagraph;
(ii) The Swedish Pensions Agency, in relation to the old-age pensions, survivors' pensions and survivors' benefits with respect to accidents at work and occupational diseases; and
(iii) The Swedish Tax Agency, in relation to social security contributions as regards the legislation specified in paragraph 1 (b) in Article 2 of the Agreement.
2. The liaison agencies shall jointly decide on the procedures and forms necessary for the implementation of the Agreement and this Administrative Arrangement.
Liaison Agencies. In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 18 of the Agreement, the liaison agencies designated by each of the Parties shall be:
(a) as regards Québec, the Direction des équivalences et des ententes de sécurité sociale of the Ministère des Relations avec les citoyens et de l'Immigration or any other agency that the competent authority of Québec may subsequently designate;
(b) as regards the Kingdom of Morocco, the Social Security National Fund as the manager of the social security general plan and as the representative of the other competent institutions.
