Library Officers. 5.3.1. Except where a written hours agreement exists as provided for within clause 5.7, Library employees required to work as part of their normal roster on any day Monday to Friday (inclusive) beyond 5.00 pm shall be paid a loading as set out below for all such hours worked after 5.00 pm.

Library Officers. Notwithstanding the provisions of 19.1.2 hereof, Library Officers may be rostered such that the ordinary hours of duty shall not exceed an average of 38 hours per week, to be worked Monday to noon Saturday inclusive, within a spread of twelve hours. A meal break no less than 30 minutes shall be allowed no longer than five hours after commencement.
Library Officers o The time-off in lieu (TOIL) credits will be shown fortnightly with pay advices. o Time off in lieu can only be accumulated up to 38 hours. Once the accumulation exceeds 38 hours the employee to be paid any overtime as incurred o If for operational reasons, the employer cannot release the employee to take off all TOIL enticements before the 30th June, any credit above 10hrs at that date will be paid out. This time frame may be extended by mutual Agreement between the employee and employer.  The employer is under no obligation to provide overtime and will in all cases only do so according to organisational needs. Employees are expected to work a reasonable amount of overtime when requested. Library Officers. Cont. 41.8 Where during the life of this Agreement the parties may agree to alter hours of work or any conditions of employment to address the change of circumstances. Any such agreement should be in writing as a memorandum of understanding and shall have full applicability as if the alterations were expressed within this Agreement.

  • Field Training Officers The position of Field Training Officer (FTO) shall be held by a Trooper or Sergeant who most closely meets the requirements set forth by the Employer which are outlined in policy OSP-501.08. If the Employer determines there are an insufficient number of qualified volunteers, it may appoint other individuals to be FTOs. The District Commander shall make the final selections. A supplement of eight hundred dollars ($800.00) shall be given to all FTOs for the sixty (60) working day training period. This amount will be prorated in instances where the training period is cut short or lengthened. Field Training Officers and their trainees will be required to work twenty (20) days on each of the three shifts during the training period.
