Licencing. 7.1. The Client acknowledges that a Digital Solution provided by the Contractor may use licenses from third parties and that this Third Party Software is provided on a non-exclusive basis and subject to the Client accepting any licence and end user agreements.
Licencing. 38.1. All employee’s must at all times make the Management aware of any and all changes to, or new provisions of an employee’s Australian drivers license, where such an employee is required as part of his duties to hold such a licence.
Licencing. As part of this Agreement both we and you undertake to comply with our respective legal, licensing and regulatory requirements applicable to the production, placing, claims handling and premium and claims accounting of any (re)insurance which you place with us. You warrant that you are authorised by your local regulator, if such authorisation applies, to carry out all activities contemplated by virtue of this Agreement. You also undertake to notify us if your authorisation is revoked or changes.
Licencing. Wirral Council retain the license of the Liquidlogic Software; Wirral Council will allow authorised access to use the Adults Social Care functionality only; Wirral Council will maintain adequate security measures to safeguard the systems data.
Licencing. With the acquisition of a licence for this product, versiondog, the non-transferable, non-exclusive right is granted to the user to run one copy of the software on exactly one piece of user hardware. All other rights associated with the software remain the property of AUVESY GmbH.
Licencing. 1.1. Each golf cart must be licensed by the Club prior to use
1.2. To gain a licence, a member must:
1.2.1. complete and submit the application form attached
1.2.2. be a member in good standing of the Club
1.3. A licence is valid only for the Cart for which it is issued, and:
1.3.1. is non-transferable to any other cart
1.3.2. Is non-transferable to any other Licensee or to another member of the Club upon purchase by such member of the licensed Cart, or for any other reason
1.3.3. if a cart is sold or transferred the cart may not be used until the new owner satisfies the conditions under this agreement to become a Licensee
Licencing. 8.1 Icon grants the Customer, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the PCD, the non-exclusive, non-transferable right for the Licensed Users to use the Icon Software and the Documentation for any internal business purposes (Licensed Purposes).
8.2 Icon Software may be used only by Licensed Users in accordance with the PCD, except as follows:
(a) if the relevant part of the Customer Environment becomes inoperable for any reason, the Icon Software may be temporarily used on backup equipment until that part of the Customer Environment is repaired, and the Customer may use the Icon Software for the purpose of testing whether any such backup equipment is suitable for use while the Customer Environment is inoperable; and (b) if any relevant Customer site becomes temporarily unusable due to flood, fire or similar damage, or an emergency situation, the Icon Software installed there may be used at an alternative site until the site is again useable. If the alternative site is managed by a third party, the third party must have signed a confidentiality undertaking addressed to Icon to protect Icon's Confidential Information before the Icon Software is transferred to the alternative site.
8.3 The Customer may sub-licence the Icon Software on prior agreement in writing.
8.4 Icon shall provide to the Customer from time to time copies of the Documentation containing sufficient up-to-date information for the proper use of the Icon Software. Such Documentation may be supplied in electronic form.
8.5 The Customer may make such further copies of the Documentation as are reasonably necessary for the use of the Software and for training the Customer's personnel in use of the Software. The Customer shall ensure that all of Icon's proprietary notices are reproduced in any such copy.
Licencing. (a) Renewal of classified drivers licences, including testing and eye exams, will be performed by the Commission’s Driver Certification Program’s Signing Authority at a time as laid out by the regularly circulated schedules and on the employee’s own time. Drivers licence renewal fees will be paid by the Commission.
(b) All employee’s licencing fees will be paid by the Commission. This includes, but is not limited to, Technical Qualifications and other skilled trades certifications.
Licencing. 55.1 Reimbursement for specified licences.
55.2 Where an Employee has existing trade specific licences or qualification that require periodic renewal and the licence or qualification is a requirement of the Employee's role, the Company will cover the cost of renewal subject to the following:
a) the Employee is to submit a tax invoice receipt for reimbursement.
b) if the Employee leaves the Company during the period for which the renewal was paid by the Company, the Employee agrees to reimburse the Company the pro rata balance of the renewal from any final or termination payments due to the Employee.
