All water shall be fresh, clean and pure, free from earthly, vegetable or organic matter, acid or alkaline substance in solution or suspension. Any damage or disturbance caused to any service shall be reported immediately to the Architect and the relevant authority and shall be made good to their satisfaction at the Contractor’s expense. The Contractor must make himself fully acquainted with current Acts and Regulations, including Police Regulations regarding all such regulations and/or restrictions which may affect the organization of the works, supply and control of labour, etc., and allow accordingly in his tender. Lighting and Power. 21.1 The Employer shall make no charge to the Contractor for the electricity consumed for carrying out and completing the Works. However, the Employer reserves the right to require the Contractor to arrange for his own temporary electricity meter with the power company at his own cost if in the opinion of the Employer the demand is large or likely to cause an overload to the Employer’s distribution system.

A second fusebox (operating the lights in the entrance hall and lavatories) is in the storage cupboard on the right as you walk in to the main hall.   • Existence and Power The Seller is a limited liability company validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the State of Delaware and has, in all material respects, all power and authority required to carry on its business as it is now conducted. The Seller has obtained all necessary licenses and approvals in each jurisdiction where the failure to do so would materially and adversely affect the ability of the Seller to perform its obligations under the Transaction Documents or affect the enforceability or collectibility of the Receivables or any other part of the Transferred Assets.
