LIMITATIONS OF OPERATIONS. 7.12.1 Contractor shall at all times conduct the work in such manner and in such sequence as will ensure the least practicable interference with pedestrian and motor traffic passageways. The Contractor shall furnish convenient detours and provide and plan other appropriate signs, flashers, personnel, warnings, barricades and other devices for handling pedestrian and motor traffic. 7.12.2 In the event that other contractors are also employed on the job site, the Contractor shall arrange its work and dispose of materials so as not to interfere with the operations of the other contractors engaged upon adjacent work. The Contractor shall join its work to that of others and existing buildings in a proper manner, and in accordance with the drawings and specifications, and perform its work in the proper sequence in relation to that of others, all as may be directed by the Project Manager. 7.12.3 Each Contractor shall be responsible for any damage done by it to work performed by another contractor. Each Contractor shall conduct its operations and maintain the work in such condition that no fugitive dust shall be created and adequate drainage shall be in effect at all times. 7.12.4 In the event that the Contractor fails to prosecute its work as provided in this Section 7.12, LIMITATIONS OF OPERATIONS or disregards the directions of the Project Manager, the Project Manager may suspend the work until such time as the Contractor provides for the prosecution of the work with minimum interference to traffic and passageways or other contractors, dust control, adequate drainage, the repair of damage and complies with the direction of the Project Manager. No payment will be made to the Contractor for the costs of such suspension.

Use lighting with 5 ft-cd minimum intensity. Arrange the lighting to prevent interference with traffic or produce undue glare to property owners. LIMITATIONS OF OPERATIONS. In case of a dispute arising between two or more Contractors engaged on the same work as to the respective rights or each under these Specifications, the Engineer shall determine the matters at issue and shall define the respective rights of the various interests involved in order to secure the completion of all parts of the Work in harmony and with satisfactory results. Any such decisions by the Engineer shall be final and binding on all parties and shall not in any way give rise to or provide a basis for a claim for extra compensation by any of the parties.

The Contractor shall begin work at such points as may be specified in the Contract, and shall thereafter prosecute the work at such points and in such order as may be prescribed therein. B. No night, Sunday or Holiday work requiring the presence of an Engineer or Inspector will be permitted, except in case of an emergency and/or with written permission of the Engineer. To encourage better utilization of time during the normal 5 day work week, the Contractor shall pay the cost of all engineering and inspection required for Saturday, Sunday, Holiday or night work. The cost of this engineering or inspection will be deducted by the Owner from the Contractor's monthly estimates for work performed and completed as they come due. C. The Contractor shall notify the Engineer in writing at least two (2) days in advance of such Holiday, Sunday or night that he desires to work, stating the place where said work will be conducted.

LIMITATIONS OF OPERATIONS. A. The Contractor shall conduct the work so as to create a minimum amount of inconvenience to the public. At anytime, when in the judgment of the Engineer, the Contractor has obstructed, closed, or is conducting his/her operations on a greater portion of the project vicinity than is necessary for the proper prosecution of the work, the Engineer may require the Contractor to finish the section on which work is in progress before work is started on any additional sections. B. Whenever work which is being done by other contractors or subcontractors is contiguous to, or a part of the work included in this contract, the Engineer shall in case of dispute, determine and define the respective rights of the various interests involved, in order to secure the completion of all parts of the work in general harmony and with satisfactory results. C. Except when an accelerated work schedule is required, no work will be permitted on Sundays or holidays observed by the Department of Natural Resources except with the permission of the Engineer. 1. The Contractor should request a determination of the holidays to be observed at the beginning of each calendar year.
LIMITATIONS OF OPERATIONS. Awarded Bidder(s) maybe required to provide services any time of the day, any day of the week, as requested by the County. However, the County anticipates that the majority of the services will be needed during the facility hours outlined in Facility Descriptions. The services are based on the defined job classification provided in Job Descriptions. A typical work week shall consist of forty (40) work hours. Awarded Bidder(s) shall not provide any personnel to perform services to the County Department on holidays officially observed by the County, unless such services are approved by the County.
