List of Stewards. The Union shall furnish the Human Resources Manager upon change, or as needed, a list of all stewards for the Union. The Agency agrees to grant authorized officials and representatives access to designated Agency property to transact official Union business as provided for in this Article.
List of Stewards. Within thirty (30) calendar days following the execution of this Agreement, the Union shall provide to the Employer an official roster of the local’s officers, xxxxxxx/ representatives and shall include the following:

B. Address
C. Home telephone number
D. Union office held. Thereafter, any changes to the official roster shall be forwarded to the Employer within two (2) weeks of the date of the change. No employee shall be recognized by the Employer as a Union representative until the Union has presented the Employer with written certification of that person’s selection.

Employee’s Department Head will also be notified of Xxxxxxx appointment.

List of Stewards. The Union shall furnish Human Resources with a listing of all Stewards on a quarterly basis.
List of Stewards. The Union may elect or appoint stewards from among employees in the bargaining unit who have completed their probationary period, for the purpose of assisting employees in the presentation of grievances in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Union will endeavour to have two (2) stewards for the day shift, one (1) of whom is the Co-chair, and one (1) xxxxxxx for the evening shift. It is agreed and understood that the unit co-chair is the ranking xxxxxxx for the purposes of the article. In the event of the Company establishing a night shift, the Union shall have one (1) xxxxxxx on the night shift. The union reserves the right to appoint alternates in the absence of stewards. The alternates will only act if the xxxxxxx is absence. If the two (2) day shift stewards are not at work, the union may appoint one (1) temporary, alternate xxxxxxx for the day shift for the time the day shift stewards are absent. The Union will notify the Company in writing the name of the alternate xxxxxxx at the time of the appointment.
List of Stewards. The Union shall provide to the Employer a list of Union stewards and the name of the Teamsters Local No. 92 business agent, which is to be kept current at all times and shall include the following:
1. Name
2. Address
3. Home/cell telephone number No employee shall be recognized by the Employer as a Union representative until the Union has presented the Employer with written certification of that person’s selection.
List of Stewards. Upon request, a written list (including email) of Stewards shall be furnished to Human Resources. AFSCME shall provide the list of Stewards to the Court within five (5) business days of receipt of request.
8.2.1 If change occurs to the current list of stewards, AFSCME shall automatically notify the Court in writing (including email) within five (5) business days of the change whenever practicable. Until an updated list has been provided to the Court, the Court shall not recognize any employees who may be new stewards, and no paid release time shall be granted to serve in such capacity per section 8.6 below.
List of Stewards. A list of the Stewards will be given to the Employer and kept up to date by the Union. The Union will be limited to naming one (1) Xxxxxxx and one (1) Alternate Xxxxxxx.
List of Stewards. The Union will provide the Society with a list of the employees designated as stewards and indicate the jurisdiction of each xxxxxxx. The Union agrees to notify the Society whenever there are changes to the list of stewards.
