Location of Activities. In executing this Agreement, you agree that all of the activities that we conduct with you take place within the United Kingdom, regardless of where you may be physically located at the time you use the platform or otherwise engage with us. This means that you agree that our activities are subject only to the laws of the United Kingdom and not to the laws of any other country in which you may be physically present at any given time, and therefore that any redress you may seek from us must be sought under United Kingdom law. However, you agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations that may apply to your use of the platform in any jurisdiction in which you may be located. Without prejudice to this paragraph, you agree that under no circumstances will you make any claim to the effect that our activities are conducted in, or subject to, the laws of any country other than those of the United Kingdom.

Location of Activities. In executing this Agreement, the Member agrees that all of the activities that the Platform conducts with the Member will take place within the Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC), regardless of where the Member may be physically located at the time it uses the Platform or otherwise engage with the Platform. This means that the Member agrees that all of the Platform’s activities are subject only to the laws of the DIFC and not to the laws of any other country in which the Member may be physically present at any given time, and therefore that any redress the Member may seek from the Platform must be sought under DIFC law. Cayman Turtle Farm (1983) Ltd. also sells admissions wholesale to independent tour operators who typically offer tours of the western part of the island, on buses that pick up and drop off passengers at the cruise terminals. In most cases those independent tour operators have also sold the tour packages wholesale to the cruise lines, which in turn sell to their passengers online and on-board, at a mark-up. Customer segments for the bar and restaurant and the gift-shop are the same segments as for admissions. Whole polished turtle shells are sold through the gift-shop to local residents. Customer segments for turtle meat products are restaurants and individual residents. In keeping with the CITES conventions and related regulations, the turtle meat products and turtle shells cannot be exported. Tenants for the retail spaces that are in the courtyard at the main entrance to the park, are typically small businesses offering products and services aimed primarily at the visitor market. The tenant for the dolphinarium which is on the company’s property adjacent to the car park across the street from the main site is Dolphin Discovery Cayman Ltd. The activity will consist in the implementation of representative sample surveys on households' experiences, perceptions and expectations on governance and democracy in a number of countries in Africa and the Andean region. It will therefore consist in collection and analysis of information on the living conditions of the population as well as of objective and subjective data on governance and democratic participation. This should allow to evaluate to what extent the views and expectations of the population are taken into account by governments' policies. In this sense, the survey approach appears as a participatory channel of information, as in many countries household surveys offers a unique opportunity to the population, especially to the poor, to express their opinion, providing them with a "voice" and making them heard in the decision-making process. As the data is collected within the framework of large sample surveys, it will be possible to disaggregate the results according to different categories of population and to obtain information that is sensitive to the rights of specific groups (e.g. corruption incidence, political participation, access to basic needs are not supposed to be uniform among social groups) and to assess their specific situation in terms of needs and progress. The first analyses will describe and compare the situation between the different countries studied, and will also allow identifying the most relevant indicators and their potential and limits for enhancing the assessment of governance and democracy. The activity is intended to allow analysis of the evolution of the indicators over the time (by repeating the surveys in the same countries).
