Malpractice and Maladministration. 6.1 Notify Safety Training Awards of any changes within the ATC which may impact on their ability to fulfil the requirements of this agreement. 6.2 Investigate any form of malpractice or maladministration in line with Safety Training Awards requirements. 6.3 Work with and support Safety Training Awards with any decision it takes in the event of malpractice or maladministration. 6.4 Assist Safety Training Awards or any other regulatory body with investigations which are necessary for the performance of their duties. 6.5 Report any findings of Tutor, Assessor, learner, or Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) malpractice or maladministration to Safety Training Awards immediately. Malpractice and Maladministration. The Centre shall: 7.1 adopt a policy and procedure, complementary to SEG Awards’ Policies and Procedures on malpractice and maladministration, that allows for the identification of, and aims to reduce, the risk and incidents of malpractice or maladministration occurring; 7.2 take all reasonable steps to prevent the occurrence of any malpractice or maladministration in the delivery of the Qualifications; 7.3 take all reasonable steps to monitor for risks and suspected incidents of malpractice or maladministration, and notify SEG Awards of such risks and incidents as soon as practicable; 7.4 cooperate and assist SEG Awards in respect of the investigation of any such risks or incidents; 7.5 where incidents of malpractice or maladministration are identified: 7.5.1 take all reasonable steps to prevent such incidents from recurring, and 7.5.2 co-operate with SEG Awards in respect of any action taken by SEG Awards against the Centre and/or any individuals responsible for such incidents.
Malpractice and Maladministration. The Centre shall: Have in place robust procedures for preventing and investigating incidents of malpractice or maladministration that reflect the CILEx Policies and Procedures. Take all reasonable steps to prevent incidents of malpractice or maladministration occurring, including, but not limited to, implementing actions or measures directed by CILEx after the completion of a malpractice or maladministration investigation. Promptly notify CILEx of any incidents of malpractice or maladministration in line with the requirements of CILEx malpractice and/or maladministration policies. Maintain records of any investigations carried out by the Centre for the duration of this agreement. Provide access to documents, records, data, staff, third parties, Learners, Satellite Centres or any other resources required by CILEx or a Regulator during an investigation of suspected malpractice or maladministration. The Centre shall put in place and implement appropriate conflicts of interest policy, in compliance with any relevant CILEx Policies and Procedures. The Centre shall take all reasonable steps to avoid any conflict of interest relating to the Centre’s obligations under this agreement. Where, having taken all such reasonable steps, a conflict cannot be avoided, the Centre shall record, appropriately disclose, monitor and properly manage the conflict. The Centre shall: Maintain all Learner records and details of achievement in an accurate, timely and secure manner in line with CILEx requirements and clause 8, and in the format required by CILEx. Have appropriate measures to ensure Learners’ Personal Data (as defined in clause 8 (Data Protection) is held in accordance with clause 8. Keep complete and accurate records for the duration of this agreement, relating to the Centre’s obligations under this agreement and CILEx Qualifications and make these available to CILEx upon request, including, but not limited to attendance, performance, assessment and feedback and Learner feedback records. The Centre shall: Provide Learners with accurate, comprehensive and up to date information and guidance, including a Learner handbook or similar information pack, at the start of a programme undertaken in connection with a CILEx Qualification. Ensure the Centre website is accurate, up to date and not misleading. Malpractice and Maladministration. 7.1 The Approved Centre shall: 7.1.1 adopt a policy and procedure, complementary to Active IQ’s Policies and Procedures on malpractice and maladministration, that allows for the identification of, and aims to reduce, the risk and incidents of malpractice or maladministration occurring; 7.1.2 take all reasonable steps to prevent the occurrence of any malpractice or maladministration in the delivery of the Qualifications; 7.1.3 take all reasonable steps to monitor for risks and suspected incidents of malpractice or maladministration, and notify Active IQ of such risks and incidents as soon as practicable; 7.1.4 cooperate and assist Active IQ in respect of the investigation of any such risks or incidents; 7.1.5 where incidents of malpractice or maladministration are identified: (a) take all reasonable steps to prevent such incidents from recurring, and (b) cooperate with Active IQ in respect of any action taken by Active IQ against the Approved Centre and/or any individuals responsible for such incidents; 7.1.6 report to Active IQ every six (6) months starting on the Commencement Date in respect of: (a) the arrangements put in place by the Approved Centre forpreventing and investigating malpractice or maladministration, and (b) whether the Approved Centre considers these arrangements to be adequate and effective.

This plan should also identify any areas of improvement required to ensure the malpractice or maladministration does not recur in the future. 11f take appropriate and proportionate action against those responsible for the malpractice or maladministration to ensure it does not recur in the future. 11g deliver, in full, the actions required to manage and rectify any identified incidents of malpractice or maladministration. 11h regularly review procedures for preventing and investigating incidents of malpractice or maladministration and make any improvements necessary to ensure they remain relevant and fit for purpose. 11i provide access to documents, records, data, staff, third parties, sub-contractors, learners, satellite centres or any other resource required by the British Safety Council during an investigation of centre malpractice or maladministration.
Malpractice and Maladministration. 16.1 The Centre will have in place robust procedures for preventing and investigating incidents of malpractice and maladministration which are up to date and communicated across the Centre, its satellite Centres, sub-contractors and third parties. 16.2 The Centre will review, on a regular basis, procedures for preventing and investigating incidents of malpractice and maladministration and make any improvements necessary to ensure they remain relevant and fit for purpose. 16.3 The Centre will record and report as agreed any incidents of malpractice and maladministration in line with the NOCN Malpractice and Maladministration Policy and Procedure. 16.4 The Centre will develop an action plan for managing and rectifying the negative impact of any incidents of malpractice and maladministration and make this action plan available to NOCN as required. This plan should also identify any areas of improvement required to ensure the malpractice or maladministration does not recur in the future. 16.5 The Centre will take appropriate and proportionate action against those responsible for the malpractice and maladministration to ensure it does not recur in the future. 16.6 The Centre will deliver, in full, the actions required to manage and rectify any identified incidents of malpractice and maladministration. 16.7 The Centre will notify NOCN immediately of any incidents of malpractice or maladministration in line with the requirements of NOCN’s malpractice and maladministration policy to allow NOCN to decide how the incident will be investigated. Take all reasonable steps to investigate as requested by NOCN any suspected incidents of malpractice or maladministration and rectify any negative impact of these incidents. 16.8 The Centre will co-operate fully with any investigation by NOCN including providing access to documents, records, data, staff, third parties, sub-contractors, learners, satellite Centres, delivery sites or any other resource required by NOCN during an investigation of malpractice or maladministration.

Malpractice and Maladministration. 1.11.1 comply with Laser Learning Awards’ Malpractice and Maladministration Policy and Procedure (available on the website). 1.11.2 have in place robust procedures for preventing and investigating Malpractice and Maladministration, which are up-to-date and communicated across the Centre and any satellite Centres, sub-contractors and third Parties. 1.11.3 regularly review procedures for preventing and investigating Malpractice and Maladministration and make any improvements necessary to ensure they remain relevant and fit for purpose. 1.11.4 take all steps necessary to prevent incidents of Malpractice and Maladministration from occurring. 1.11.5 immediately notify Laser Learning Awards of any alleged or suspected incidents of Malpractice or Maladministration. 1.11.6 investigate any alleged or suspected incidents of Malpractice or Maladministration and upon request provide evidence of such investigations to Laser Learning Awards. 1.11.7 provide timely access to documents, records, Personal Data, staff, third Parties, sub-contractors, learners, satellite Centres and any other resource required by Laser Learning Awards and/or the relevant regulatory authorities during an investigation into alleged or suspected Malpractice or Maladministration. 1.11.8 where required by Laser Learning Awards, where Malpractice or Maladministration has occurred, develop an action plan for managing and rectifying the negative impact of any incidents of Malpractice or Maladministration, and make this action plan available to Laser Learning Awards as required (“Action Plan”). This plan must include identification of any areas of improvement required to mitigate against the Malpractice or Maladministration recurring in the future, and timescales for each action. 1.11.9 deliver in full and to timescales stated within an Action Plan any actions required to manage and rectify any identified incidents of Malpractice or Maladministration, whether the Action Plan was developed by the Centre or by Laser Learning Awards. 1.11.10 take appropriate and proportionate action against those responsible for any Malpractice or Maladministration to mitigate against it recurring in the future.
Malpractice and Maladministration. 11.1. Comply with our Maladministration and Malpractice Policy and ensure all relevant staff and third party suppliers fully understand and comply with it; 11.2. Take all reasonable steps to prevent any maladministration or malpractice in the delivery of our Products including any practice which may bring us into disrepute; and 11.3. Comply with any sanction enforced by Open Awards where actual or potential maladministration or malpractice is suspected or identified.
Malpractice and Maladministration. 14.1 The assessment venue shall take all reasonable steps to prevent any malpractice or maladministration in the administering of AAT assessments. 14.2 The assessment venue shall at all times comply with AAT’s policies and procedures for preventing, investigating and dealing with incidents of malpractice and maladministration, as set out in AAT Documentation. 14.3 The assessment venue shall notify AAT as soon as possible of any suspected or alleged malpractice or maladministration. AAT shall then inform the assessment venue whether it requires the assessment venue to undertake an investigation or whether AAT shall conduct an investigation into the suspected or alleged malpractice or maladministration. 14.4 Where malpractice or maladministration is suspected or reported, AAT reserves the right to suspend certification of all students while any investigation is being undertaken. 14.5 Where AAT requires the assessment venue to undertake an investigation the assessment venue shall: 14.5.1 so far as possible, establish whether or not the malpractice or maladministration has occurred; and 14.5.2 promptly take all reasonable steps to prevent any Adverse Effect to which it may give rise and, where any such Adverse Effect occurs, mitigate it as far as possible and correct it. 14.6 The assessment venue shall notify AAT of the progress of such investigations at reasonable intervals and as required by AAT, and shall notify AAT of the outcome of the investigation. 14.7 The assessment venue shall ensure that its investigations of any suspected malpractice or maladministration are conducted rigorously, effectively, and by persons of appropriate competence who have no personal interest, or other potential conflict of interest, or loyalty, in the outcome of the investigation. 14.8 Where AAT undertakes any investigation the assessment venue shall co-operate fully with the investigation. 14.9 The assessment venue shall cooperate fully with any reasonable steps taken by AAT to review the arrangements put in place by the assessment venue for preventing and investigating malpractice and maladministration. 14.10 Where the assessment venue or AAT establishes that any malpractice or maladministration has occurred in the administering of AAT assessments, the assessment venue shall promptly take all reasonable steps to: 14.10.1 prevent that malpractice or maladministration from continuing or recurring; 14.10.2 comply with any reasonable instructions issued by AAT to prevent that mal...
