Management of Excessive Annual Leave. 8.1.1.1 An employee has an excessive annual leave accrual if the employee has accrued more than eight (8) weeks’ paid annual leave or ten (10) weeks’ paid annual leave for a shift worker, as defined by clause 4.1.
Management of Excessive Annual Leave. (i) Where an employee has accrued more than 35 days Annual Leave their Manager will initiate discussions with the employee to assist in the effective management of annual leave and fatigue in accordance with the relevant policies, as amended from time to time.
