End User Training. The quality of training for Affiliate End Users will play an important role in the success of Your Affiliates' implementations.
End User Training. If requested, SUPPLIER will provide training classes to End Users at SUPPLIER's current rates, including reasonable travel and expenses. SUPPLIER will provide reproducible training materials and instruction so that LUCENT may, at its option, conduct End User training courses. At LUCENT's request, SUPPLIER shall also provide an optional "train the trainer" program to allow LUCENT to be able to conduct training sessions that will educate its personnel about the 2C 49 EXHIBIT D TECHNICAL SUPPORT Unless otherwise specified herein, all defined terms used in this Exhibit shall have the same meanings as described in the Agreement. This Exhibit applies to Support to be provided by SUPPLIER during the Warranty period as defined in the Agreement and during the term of any Maintenance Agreement between an End User and SUPPLIER. SUPPLIER acknowledges and agrees that LUCENT is currently assessing its role in the provision of Support for the PRODUCT to its End Users. As part of the initial implementation of this Agreement, SUPPLIER shall provide Support to all End Users during the warranty period and during the term of a Maintenance Agreement between SUPPLIER and the End User. SUPPLIER agrees to provide LUCENT's End Users that purchase a Maintenance Agreement Support in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in SUPPLIER's Maintenance Agreement including customer support Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM eastern standard time, excluding SUPPLIER's company holidays. Extended Support is available from SUPPLIER and shall be negotiated by the parties. SUPPLIER agrees to commence negotiation of the transition of maintenance programs for the PRODUCT to LUCENT within 270 days from the effective date of this Agreement if LUCENT so requests. Such transition may include the provision of Levex 0 xxx/xx Xxxxx 0 xxxport as defined below directly to the End User. Level 1 and Level 2 are defined as:
End User Training. Distributor shall be responsible for providing in-service training to Stress MTWA System Purchasers regarding the use of the Stress MTWA System (except as otherwise provided in this Section 8(c). CHI agrees to provide a Starter Test Kit as well as CHI’s standard in-service training session regarding the use of the MTWA Test Module (the “Installation Training Service”) to each Stress MTWA System Purchaser located in the United States of America. In order to facilitate such training, Distributor shall provide to CHI a notice of the sale of each Stress MTWA System in the United States of America within ten (10) Business Days of the date of sale, which notice shall include the location of the Stress MTWA System and the date of installation. CHI shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Installation Training Service within 21 days, but not later than 45 days (the “Installation Training Window”), following the later of (i) the date of installation of the Stress MTWA System as set forth in the applicable notice from Distributor, (ii) the date that CHI receives Distributor’s notice of sale of the Stress MTWA System and (iii) the training date specified by the end-user, provided that CHI shall not be required to provide the Installation Training Services within the Installation Training Window to the extent (A) that the number of Stress MTWA Systems in a fiscal quarter exceeds the applicable Quarterly Forecast Amount or (B) that the delay is due to the action or inaction of the end-user customer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Installation Training Service provided hereunder shall be comparable to the standard installation training that CHI offers its own end-user customers or the end-user customers of CHI’s other OEM customers, if any.
End User Training. Each Participant, at its own expense, shall provide appropriate training to its employees, consultants, medical staff and agents who will be accessing clinical information through Healthix and will not allow access until such training is complete, regarding, without limitation: (i) proper use of the System; (ii) proper use of the clinical information obtained using the System; and (iii) privacy and security procedures for accessing clinical information using the System. Healthix will assist this training via a “Train the Trainer” model. Healthix will ensure all users have attested (in writing, electronically, or otherwise in accordance with Healthix Policy) to protect the confidentiality of the clinical information accessed through the System.
End User Training. (If applicable). End User Training may vary with systems based on the number of end points and complexity of configuration. Generally, end-user training will be provided in groups of 10-15 users for 45 minutes per group. Console training will be provided as applicable. The Seller Project Manager will create a customized training program that will meet your company’s needs.
End User Training. Cadence shall be responsible for selling and delivering End User training in a manner consistent with other Cadence products. Cadence may desire to contract PDF to do the training. PDF will provide the training material and reasonable consultation necessary for Cadence to develop a production customer training class. End User Training. Due to the scale of the organizational and system change involved in the implementation of the MEMS, the Commonwealth views the successful roll-out of a robust end-user training program as one of the critical elements in the overall success of the MEMS. The selected Vendor shall be responsible for all aspects related to user training to ensure the successful implementation of the MEMS. This includes development and maintenance of a Master Training Plan, training location and schedule management, development and maintenance of all training material, appropriate delivery of material to end users according to work functions, quality control reviews, and re-training where necessary. The selected Vendor is required to work cooperatively with the Commonwealth and any other vendors contracted by the Commonwealth to coordinate all training efforts. CHFS will assist in the identification of specific individuals to be included in the types of training based on the training strategy defined in the Master Training Plan. Training for each group should encompass the following:
End User Training. The estimated number of training days for end user training for Village staff on all software modules: Software Setup Days: 3 Community Development Training Days: 57 Post-Go Live Follow Up Days: 4 Total: 64 Optional Post-Go Live Follow-up Training BS&A strongly recommends follow-up training approximately 30 to 60 days after initial training. During these sessions we will work one-on-one with any users who require additional assistance. For this project, we would recommend 4 days of follow-up training. Activities include: Review and consult on streamlining day-to-day activities as they relate to the processes within the BS&A applications Assist customers with more detailed and advanced report options available within the BS&A applications Revisit commonly-used procedures discussed during training As needs arise, provide assistance with bank reconciliations $1,000/day + travel costs Days quoted are estimates; you will only be billed for actual days used If necessary, additional onsite training or support is available for $1,000/day plus applicable expenses. Alternatively, remote web training is also available for a fee of $140/hour. Several user group meetings are scheduled throughout the year. Meetings are held at our training facility in Bath, Michigan and are complementary to our customers. Webinar participation is available for those unable to attend the user group meetings in person. Additionally, videos of these meetings are available on our website shortly after the meeting takes place Knowledge Transfer Our team will ensure that all necessary staff is educated to the appropriate level that allows them to support and maintain the application in the most proficient manner upon the completion of implementation. Due to the comprehensive material presented, we fully anticipate and welcome the Village staff to utilize our technical support and online resources. Additionally, we have detailed application training videos and corresponding written courseware. Our video courseware is designed for: New customers and prospects who want to gain some upfront knowledge before our implementation and training staff arrive onsite. Existing customers who want to understand important topics at a deeper level once they have become more accustomed to the software. Existing customers who have hired new personnel and would like to allow them get up to speed on their own schedule.
End User Training. The Contractor shall provide the City with all required operational, “end-user” training and documentation, including a video recording of the training, necessary for the City to effectively operate the system. The Contractor shall provide the City with a detailed Training Plan that includes, but may not be limited to: ● List and description of all required Operational training courses and prerequisites; ● Training schedule, including the order, number and duration of courses ● Training logistics, including required space, and equipment needed The Contractor shall provide all required in-person operational training in a ‘train-the-trainer’ format for up to fifteen (15) City end-user trainers and engineers. The City will be responsible for completing the remaining end-user training after the Contractor has provided end-user training and prior to system go-live.
End User Training. Participant will, at its own expense, provide to all persons who will be accessing clinical information (or make such persons available for) appropriate training regarding, without limitation, proper use of the System and clinical information obtained using the System, and privacy and security of clinical information obtained using the System. Participant will maintain reasonably detailed logs and records of its end-user training activities hereunder and the same shall be subject to audit by RIQI pursuant to Section III, 4.
