MEAL Cards. For all entries into the locked areas of the Manufacturing Computer, Central Computer, or any Player Terminal, a written record must be made on a machine entry authorization log (MEAL) indicating at least the following: the time, date, and purpose of entering said locked area(s), and the name and employee number (or other personal identification specific to such person) of the person doing so.

MEAL Cards. Effective the beginning of the first pay period immediately following ratification and approval by the Board of County Commissioners, employees working in Nutrition Services will be provided a meal card with a value of $7.50 per scheduled work shift. The meal card shall be useable at the Xxxxxxx cafeteria, as well as at any other eating establishments on the PHT complex operated by the same providers who manage the cafeteria and have card readers available.
MEAL Cards. Effective July 1, 2017, and renewing on January 1, 2018, and again on July 1, 2018, House Staff Officers will receive preloaded store specific cards valued at an aggregate amount Three Hundred Fifty ($350) Dollars to be used at either the Employer’s Au Bon Pain location (ABP) or at the Employer’s cafeteria operated by Xxxxxxxx (Xxxxxxxx). Pursuant to the process detailed below, Each House Staff Officer shall elect the amount in Fifty ($50) increments that will be preloaded onto the Au Bon Pain Card and the amount to be preloaded onto the Xxxxxxxx Card. Such pre-loaded cards shall not expire and, so long as the House Staff Officer is employed by the Employer, any amounts remaining at the end of each six (6) month period, beginning July 1, 2017 and ending December 31, 2018, may continue to be used until the cash balance on the cards are depleted.

The meal card shall be useable at the Xxxxxxx Cafeteria, as well as at any other eating establishments on the PHT complex operated by the same providers who manage the cafeteria and have card readers available. Meal card holders will be entitled to a 25% discount granted to all JHS employees for eligible purchases at the Xxxxxxx Cafeteria. G. The PHT shall provide healthy food options in the vending machine(s). H. The PHT shall make food available for HSO working overnight at Xxxxxxx Memorial Hospital.

If the pilot is not successful, the PHT will meet with Union representatives to share data and brainstorm ways to improve food access for employees working overnight. C. Upon request, the PHT shall give the Union a semi-annual printout of meal card utilization. D. The PHT shall provide a designated line for meal card holders during peak hours to expedite HSO through cashier lines, and shall consid- er making changes in cafeteria closing hours to better accommodate HSOs’ schedules and needs. E. HSO shall have access to any newly dedicated “Resident Lounge.” F. HSOs may not use any unused balances at academic year-end to buy pre-ordered bulk purchases at the Xxxxxxx Cafeteria. G. The meal card shall be useable at the Xxxxxxx Cafeteria, as well as at any other eating establishments on the PHT complex operated by the same providers who manage the cafeteria and have card readers available. The food provided in the overnight fridge must include healthy meals, including vegan and vegetarian options.

The meal card shall be useable at the Xxxxxxx Cafeteria, as well as at any other eating establishments on the PHT complex operated by the same providers who manage the cafeteria and have card readers available. G. CIR and PHT shall meet within 30 days of ratification to recommend a plan to ensure adequate access to nutritious foods and beverages for housestaff officers who are working at facilities with no convenient access to food available on their meal card and for housestaff officers on duty in the hospital overnight.

  • PROCUREMENT CARD The State has entered into an agreement for purchasing card services. The Purchasing Card enables Authorized Users to make authorized purchases directly from a Contractor without processing Purchase Orders or Purchase Authorizations. Purchasing Cards are issued to selected employees authorized to purchase for the Authorized User and having direct contact with Contractors. Cardholders can make purchases directly from any Contractor that accepts the Purchasing Card. The Contractor shall not process a transaction for payment through the credit card clearinghouse until the purchased Products have been shipped or services performed. Unless the cardholder requests correction or replacement of a defective or faulty Product in accordance with other Contract requirements, the Contractor shall immediately credit a cardholder’s account for Products returned as defective or faulty.

  • Cards 2.1 The Card is a prepaid payment card which may be used to pay for goods and services at participating retailers that accept prepaid Visa cards. The physical card may be used in shops and retail locations where the Cardholder is physically present or for online and other distance purchases. Your Card cannot be used to make cash withdrawals from ATMs and banks. Like any Card, We cannot guarantee that a particular retailer will accept the Card – Cardholders should check with the retailer before attempting the transaction if unsure. The Cardholder will not be able to use the Card to make any purchases from some retailers; such retailers have been blocked by Our systems in order to prevent the potential use of cards for unauthorised or unlawful activity. 2.2 The Card is an electronic money (“e-money”) product, regulated by the Financial Services Commission (“FSC”), Gibraltar. It is a prepaid card not a credit card and is not linked to Your bank account. You must ensure that You have sufficient Available Funds in the Master Wallet for the Cardholder to pay for each purchase or payment using the Card. The Card is intended for use as a means of payment, and funds loaded onto the Card do not constitute a deposit. You will not earn interest on the balance of the Card. The Card will expire on the Expiry Date and will cease to work. Please check clause 8 of this Agreement for further information. 2.3 The electronic money associated with the Card is issued by IDTFS to You. 2.4 When the Cardholder receives the Card, it will be issued in an inactive state. The Cardholder will need to activate it by logging onto Our Website, in Your personal login area (“Online Account Centre”) and then following the login and activation request for the Card prior to use. The Card will normally be ready for use one hour after activation. If the Cardholder does not activate the Card, any transactions that the Cardholder attempts to carry out may be declined.

  • Identification Cards Identification (“ID”) cards are issued by Us for identification purposes only. Possession of any ID card confers no right to services or benefits under this Contract. To be entitled to such services or benefits, Your Premiums must be paid in full at the time that the services are sought to be received.

  • Recreation Recreation rooms shall be supplied. Smokes and soft drinks shall be available. Outside walls of the above to be completely closed-in cold weather. Sidewalk to be provided between the living quarters, from living quarters to dining rooms and recreation rooms. The above to be Standards for Stationary or Permanent type camps. In the initial construction of the above, the camp construction workers in areas where there are no hotel accommodations, shall construct such housing as is necessary for them (this is not a tent). When bunkhouses are built to the degree that they can be occupied, the camp construction workers shall move into such quarters and their original buildings shall be disposed of or not used for lodging from time to time.

  • Onboarding The parties acknowledge that the City provides a new employee orientation (onboarding) to each new employee hired by the City. As such, the Union will be provided with not less than 10 calendar days’ advanced notice of the time, date, and location of the onboarding of any new employee represented by the Union. The Union will be given 30- minutes at the start of the new employee onboarding in a room designated by the City for no more than one (1) representative to present Union membership information. The City representative will excuse him or herself during the Union portion of the onboarding. The Union agrees in its portion of the onboarding not to engage in speech that could cause disruption or material interference with City activities. The City will provide 30 minutes of Union Release Time to the Union representative presenting the Union membership information during the scheduled onboarding. The Union shall provide the Union representative’s immediate supervisor with the Union representative’s name at least five (5) days prior to the onboarding. The Union representative shall be released for this purpose unless unusual operation needs interfere with such release in which case the Union representative’s immediate supervisor will provide a written explanation of why release could not be approved. If the Union representative is not released due to department operational needs, the Union representative may arrange an alternative date and time to meet with the newly hired employee within the first two (2) weeks of employment, subject to the 30-minutes onboarding and Union Release Time requirements as stipulated above.

  • Report Cards At the conclusion of each quarter, MATC shall provide pupil performance data to MPS.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.
