The Secretariat has blocked rooms at a number of hotels in Bonn and its suburb Bonn-Bad Godesberg. Please book your room before 30 September 2015 to be able to take advantage of the reduced rates. Meeting Preparation. Directors shall thoroughly prepare themselves to discuss agenda items at meetings of the Board of Directors. Directors may request information from staff before meetings.
Meeting Preparation. The QRT Manager will perform the following activities to prepare for the meeting: Review and note changes to PM data from previous quarters to prepare for the meeting discussion.
