Meeting with Superintendent. Any non-tenured Teacher who has received such notice of non-employment and statement of reasons shall be entitled to a meeting with the Superintendent, provided a written request therefore is received in the office of the Superintendent within five (5) days after receipt by the Teacher of such notice of non-employment.
Meeting with Superintendent. The Superintendent or his designee shall meet with the teacher to apprise the teacher of the full nature of the complaint, and they shall attempt to resolve the matter informally.
Meeting with Superintendent. The Superintendent will meet with the Holyoke Teachers Association president or his/her designee on a monthly basis during the school year.
Meeting with Superintendent. The Superintendent will meet with the Xxxxxxxx Teachers Union president or her/his/their designee on a monthly basis during the school year.
Meeting with Superintendent. The bargaining unit member shall have the right to a conference with the Superintendent to discuss his/her recommendation. The bargaining unit member shall have the right to representation at this, and all meetings pertaining to the recommendation.
Meeting with Superintendent. Upon the request of the Federation or the Superintendent, a meeting shall be arranged between the Crestwood Federation of Teachers’ President and Superintendent to discuss assignments, transfers and the filling of vacancies.
Meeting with Superintendent. If a grievance is not resolved at this level or no disposition made within five (5) days the grievance may be transmitted to the superintendent. Within seven (7) days the superintendent shall meet with the grievant on the grievance and shall indicate his or her disposition of the grievance in writing to the grievant within five (5) days of such meeting.
