Meetings of Steering Committee. The Steering Committee shall meet quarterly or at such other intervals as shall be agreed between the parties, and at such times as shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties and at a site alternating between RiboGene's and Robexxx'x xxxce of business, or as otherwise mutually agreed.
