Member’s Responsibility. The Member is responsible for contracting and paying directly for cable television, telephone, and internet service for their Mobile Home.
Member’s Responsibility. At the request of CFFT, if CFFT determines it shall be beneficial to the Study, the Parties shall establish a review committee (the “Study Review Committee” or “SRC”), which shall consist of two (2) representatives from each of H-E and CFFT and a fifth (5th) member mutually acceptable to both Parties (the “Neutral Member”). Each Party may replace any or all of its representatives on the SRC at any time upon written notice to the other Party in accordance with Section 11.6 of this Agreement. The Neutral Member may only be replaced upon the mutual consent of both Parties. In the event the SRC is formed, the SRC shall provide advice from time to time relating to the Study to review the Study results and determine whether the Success Criteria have been met.
Member’s Responsibility. You are responsible for all transfers, payments and other transactions you authorize using Online Banking services. If you permit other persons to use your PIN to access Online Banking services, you are responsible for any resulting transactions involving your accounts. You are responsible for keeping your PIN and account data confidential. Joint Accounts When your Online Banking service is linked to one or more joint accounts, we may act on the verbal, written or electronic instructions of any authorized signer.
Member’s Responsibility. 8.1 In order to use CBNH’s Website, the Member requires registering an account via the Website;
(a) a Subscription Plan may operate two accounts under the one account holder, the primary Member will have reporting rights over the secondary authorised agent nominated by the Member. Both account holders agree to abide with CBNH’s confidentiality and password security, they will be independently responsible for their own actions; and
(b) the Member must notify CBNH immediately if they become aware of any unauthorised use of an account;
(c) the Member must ensure that all the account information is accurate and up-to-date at all times;
(d) the Member and/or the Member’s agent is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account details and any activities that occurs under that account. CBNH shall not be liable to any person for any issues which may arise as a result of any failure by the Member and/or the Member’s agent to protect their password or account logons;
(e) false emails: CBNH will never ask the Member to confirm any account or credit card details via email. If an email is received claiming to be from CBNH asking for such information, the Member should not reply in the first instance but forward this email request to CBNH so that the business may advise the relevant authorities.
(f) the information which is provided when the Member register must be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and are not impersonating any other person or entity;
(g) the Member and CBNH’s employees must ensure that they treat each other with respect and dignity. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in termination of the Member’s account.
Member’s Responsibility. Members of the PWC shall be responsible for the following:
a. obtain an Affiliate Certificate to the Authority’s Certificate of Consent to Self- Insure, b. maintain membership in the Authority’s Excess Workers’ Compensation Program, unless otherwise authorized by the Committee,

a. obtain an Affiliate Certificate to PRISM’s Certificate of Consent to Self-Insure, b. maintain membership in PRISM’s Excess Workers’ Compensation Program, unless otherwise authorized by the Committee,
c. maintain staff to act as a liaison with PRISM and the claims administrator,
d. maintain an effective safety program, as set forth in the attached Exhibit B, which is incorporated herein, or as otherwise determined from time to time by the Committee.

Member Liability Tell us AT ONCE if you believe that your Password has been lost or stolen. Telephoning is the best way of keeping your possible losses down. You could lose all the money in your accounts (plus the maximum of any available overdraft lines of credit). If you believe your Password has been lost or stolen or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from any of your accounts without your authorization: Telephone Rockland Federal Credit Union at (000) 000-0000, or write to us at: 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx 00000. You are responsible for all transfers you authorize using the Online Banking services under this Agreement. If you permit other persons to use your Password, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize or conduct on any of your accounts. If you tell us within two (2) Business Days after you discover that your Password has been lost or stolen, you will be liable for no more the $50 if someone used your Password without your authorization. If you do not tell us within two Business Days, you may be liable for up to $500. If your statement shows transfers that you did not make or any other errors, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the statement was mailed to you, you may be for liable for the full amount if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from making the unauthorized transfers. If you tell us about these errors orally, we may ask you to send us your complaint or question in writing within 10 business days. If you do not comply with our request within 10 days, we may stop our investigation and not credit your account. Confidentiality We will disclose information to third parties about your Online Banking services or the transfers you make:
(i) Where it is necessary for completing transfers; or
(ii) In order to verify the existence and condition of your account for a third party, such as a credit bureau or merchant; or
(iii) In order to comply with government ag...
Member’s Responsibility. Member recognizes that there are hazards connected with activities at Augy’s. On behalf of Member, Member’s spouse, and any dependent designated in Member’s Application, Member knowingly and voluntarily assumes the risk of such hazards. Member agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Augy’s and its officers, agents, and employees harmless from and against any and all loss, damage and expense incurred by reason of any claim or liability based upon personal injury (including death) or property damage arising out of the negligent or intentional action of Member or of any spouse or dependent identified on Member’s Application. Member further agrees to release Augy’s and its officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability arising out of injury to Member, Member’s spouse, or any dependent identified in the Application or otherwise supervised by Member and further agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Augy’s, its officers, employees, and agents free and harmless from and against the same. Any child of Member born after the effective date of the Application shall be deemed to have been specifically identified therein.
Member’s Responsibility. All use of the Club shall be undertaken at my sole risk, and Triple Play and/or its Manager shall not be liable for any harm, injuries or damage to me or my property, or be subject to any claim, demand, liability or damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from acts of active or passive negligence on the part of the Triple Play and/or its Manager, as well as its officers and agents, for all such claims, demands, liabilities, damages, actions or causes of actions. It is specifically agreed that the Triple Play and/or its Manager shall not be responsible or liable for articles lost, damaged or stolen in, about or in connection with the Club nor for loss or damage to any other of my property, including automobiles and contents. It is also agreed that any damages to the Triple Play center and/or its Manager, or the Club or its contents, or property or the property of any member by another member is the sole responsibility of the offending member. The foregoing notwithstanding, neither Triple Play nor its Manager shall be relieved by this Paragraph from liability for its own gross negligence and/or willful misconduct.
