Meter and Other Data. ‌ The Supplier agrees to provide to the Buyer access to the meters in the Metering Plan to accommodate remote interrogation of the metered data (including State-of-Charge data, if applicable) on a daily basis. The Supplier agrees to provide to the Buyer, at all times, access to any other information relating to the Facility that the Supplier has provided or received pursuant to the IESO Market Rules or that the Supplier has provided to or received from the LDC, as applicable, from time to time. The Buyer agrees to provide to the Supplier, upon the Supplier’s request, any documentation with respect to the IESO-Administered Markets and any other information that the Buyer will be utilizing in preparing any Statement that is not otherwise available directly to the Supplier. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Supplier shall provide to the Buyer promptly upon request all offer quantities data for the last lamination for all hours (i.e. the quantity information of “p-q pairs”) provided to the System Operator evidencing the Supplier’s compliance with the Must-Offer Obligation from time to time. Upon a Party becoming aware of any errors or omissions in any data or information provided in accordance with this Section 5.1, such Party shall notify the other Party thereof on a timely basis.

Meter and Other Data. The Generator agrees to provide to the AESO for the purposes of this Agreement (which, for greater clarity, is in addition to any obligations to provide access under the Authoritative Documents) access to the meter(s) at the Facility to accommodate remote interrogation of the metered data on a daily basis at all times. The Generator shall notify the AESO of any errors and omissions in any such data or information on a timely basis so as to permit the AESO, within a reasonable time, to correct such errors and omissions pursuant to the Authoritative Documents and this Agreement. Upon a Party becoming aware of any errors or omissions in any such data or information, such Party shall notify the other Party, and if applicable, the System Operator in accordance with the Authoritative Documents, on a timely basis.

Upon a Party becoming aware of any errors or omissions in any data or information provided in accordance with this Section 5.1, such Party shall notify the other Party, and if applicable, the IESO in accordance with the IESO Market Rules, on a timely basis. (b) Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties acknowledge and agree that all Statements shall be prepared based on market price information and settlement data from the IESO or an LDC, and in the event of a discrepancy between market price information and settlement data from the IESO or an LDC and information received directly from the Supplier pursuant to Section 5.1(a), then the market price information and settlement data from the IESO or an LDC shall, subject to Section 5.7, be considered to be correct.
Meter and Other Data. The applicable Generator agrees to provide to the Counterparty, upon request, any meter data and any other information that such Generator has provided to, or received from, the IESO from time to time relating to the delivery of Electricity from Xxxxx A or Xxxxx B, as applicable and the calculation of Deemed Electricity, if any. Upon a Party becoming aware of any errors in any data or information provided in accordance with this Section, such Party shall notify the other Party, and if applicable, the IESO in accordance with the IESO Market Rules, on a timely basis.

Upon a Party becoming aware of any errors or omissions in any data or information provided in‌ accordance with this Section 4.1, such Party shall notify the other Party, and if applicable, the System Operator in accordance with the IESO Market Rules, on a timely basis. (b) Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties acknowledge and agree that all Statements shall be prepared based on market price information and settlement data from the System Operator and in the event of a discrepancy between market price information and settlement data from the System Operator and information received directly from the Supplier pursuant to Section 4.1(a), then the market price information and settlement data from the System Operator shall, subject to Section 4.7, be considered to be correct. (c) The Sponsor may obtain access internally to the revenue-quality interval meter data of the Facility provided to the System Operator to calculate the output of Electricity from the Facility net of any Station Service Loads and inclusive for any loss adjustment factors, or, if required, the Supplier shall provide the Sponsor, for the purposes of this Agreement, the right to view, download, and request such revenue-quality interval meter data of the Facility by establishing a “Meter Data Associate Relationship” with the Sponsor at each delivery point of the Facility within the System Operator’s “Meter Data Management” or “MDM” and “Meter Data Distribution” or “MDD” systems or their successors, at no cost to the Sponsor.
Meter and Other Data. The Supplier agrees to provide to the Buyer access to the meters in the Electricity Metering Plan and to provide the Buyer data on a monthly basis for all meters referenced in the Fuel Metering Plan. The Supplier agrees to provide to the Buyer, upon request, access to any other information relating to the Facility that the Supplier has provided to, or received from, the System Operator from time to time, other than Supplier Proprietary Information. Upon a Party becoming aware of any errors or omissions in any data or information provided in accordance with this Section 5.1, such Party shall notify the other Party, and if applicable, the System Operator in accordance with the IESO Market Rules, on a timely basis.

Meter and Other Data. ‌ (a) The Participant shall provide to the Sponsor access to the Facility’s meter in accordance with the requirements of the IESO Market Rules. The Sponsor agrees to provide to the Participant, upon the Participant’s request, any information that the Sponsor will be utilizing to determine the Monthly Settlement that is not available directly to the Participant from the Sponsor. The Participant shall notify the Sponsor of any errors and omissions in any such data or information on a timely basis so as to permit the Sponsor, within a reasonable time, to correct such errors and omissions pursuant to the IESO Market Rules. Upon a Party becoming aware of any errors or omissions in any data or information provided in accordance with this Section 6.1(a), such Party shall notify the other Party, and if applicable, the System Operator in accordance with the IESO Market Rules, on a timely basis.‌ (b) The Sponsor retains the right to audit or inspect, at any time until the end of the Term or Residual Term, as applicable, on reasonable notice to the Participant and during normal business hours, the metering equipment to confirm the accuracy of the meter data of the Facility to confirm the accuracy of such data.
Meter and Other Data. (a) The Participant shall provide to the [Sponsor] access to the Facility’s meter to accommodate remote interrogation of the metered data on a daily basis. The Participant agrees to allow the [Sponsor] to have viewing access rights only to the revenue-quality interval meter data of the Facility to calculate Electricity received at the Facility inclusive for any loss adjustment factors by establishing an Associated Relationship between the [Sponsor] and the Delivery Point of the Facility within the MDD application tool or equivalent, at no cost to the [Sponsor]in accordance with the requirements of the IESO Market Rules. The [Sponsor] agrees to provide to the Participant, upon the Participant’s request, any information that the [Sponsor] will be utilizing to determine the Monthly Settlement that is not available directly to the Participant from the [Sponsor]. The Participant shall notify the [Sponsor] of any errors and omissions in any such data or information on a timely basis so as to permit the [Sponsor], within a reasonable time, to advise the [Sponsor], if applicable, to correct such errors and omissions pursuant to the IESO Market Rules. Upon a Party becoming aware of any errors or omissions in any data or information provided in accordance with this Section 6.1(a), such Party shall notify the other Party, and if applicable, the [Sponsor]System Operator in accordance with the IESO Market Rules, on a timely basis. (b) The [Sponsor] retains the right to audit or inspect, at any time until the end of the Term or Residual Term, as applicable, on reasonable notice to the Participant and during normal business hours, the metering equipment to confirm the accuracy of the meter data of the Facility to confirm the accuracy of such data.

If the Contract Facility is directly connected to an End-User Load and the Supplier is not governed by the IMO Market Rules, the Supplier shall provide to the Buyer any data or information relating to the Contract Facility (including information related to Outages), that would have been provided to the IMO if the Supplier were governed by the IMO Market Rules, forthwith upon request by the Buyer. The Buyer agrees to provide to the Supplier, upon the Supplier’s request, any market price information and any other information that the Buyer will be utilizing in preparing the Statement that is not available directly to the Supplier from the IMO. Upon a Party becoming aware of any errors or omissions in any data or information provided in accordance with this Section 4.1, such Party shall notify the other Party, and if applicable, the IMO in accordance with the IMO Market Rules, on a timely basis.
