Method of Work. Consultant will perform the Services in a timely and professional manner consistent with industry standards. Consultant will have sole discretion over, and sole responsibility for, the planning, method, means, sequencing, time, and place of the work he performs in connection with the Services. Consultant will provide his own equipment, tools, and materials, if any are necessary.
Method of Work. 3.2.1 Work to be performed by fully competent technicians in a thorough manner.
3.2.2 All workmanship to be of the highest quality and meet recognized standards of craftsmanship.
3.2.3 Areas of installation deemed not acceptable by the Owner to be redone at the Contractor’s expense.
Method of Work. The Consultant warrants that he will provide the Services using reasonable care and skill, and all such work pursuant to the Services will be carried out to a professional standard, as far as reasonably possible, in accordance with Schedule 1 to this Agreement and any timetables or other deadlines agreed.

Method of Work. A. The method of demolition and property clearance shall be in full compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and with these specifications. The method employed must be such as to avoid hazards to persons and property, and no interference with the use of adjacent buildings, or interruption of the free passage to and from such buildings. Care must also be taken to prevent the spread of dust and flying particles by periodic sprinkling.
B. Demolition shall not begin until a demolition permit has been secured from the local authority, if required. Fees for permits shall be paid in accordance with the fee schedule currently in effect at the local jurisdiction.
Method of Work. 3.1 The Group of Experts will be convened, when required, by the Director and will normally work by correspondence, preferably by e-mail.
3.2 Once convened, a particular Group of Experts will continue in existence until the Organization has issued the applicant Company with a Notice of Recognition and Letter of Compliance and a Public Services Agreement is in force for the services concerned. That particular Group will then be disbanded.
3.3 The Group may elect a Co-ordinator from among its members.
3.4 The Group will be provided with information by the Member Government which is sponsoring the application. The package of information should be sufficient to enable the Group to evaluate and verify that the services proposed for inclusion in the GMDSS comply fully with the relevant requirements and recommendations of IMO, ITU and IMSO, as appropriate. Requests for further information or explanation should be sent to the Director, who will normally invite the sponsoring Government to provide the data requested.
3.5 The Group should deliver a Report to the Director, which may include at least the following elements: • Overview of the applicant Company, including: full identity and location details and any other comments on the Company’s business status so far as it may affect the Company’s continuing ability to offer GMDSS services; • General overview of the Company’s satellite constellation, ground infrastructure, and full range of communication services; • Verification of the information provided in relation to the services offered for the GMDSS; • Evaluation of the services offered for the GMDSS and their degree of compliance with the relevant requirements; • Conclusions and Recommendations.
3.6 Experts will not normally be required to travel during their term of duty, except that the whole Group, or its elected Co-ordinator, and its Observers may be invited to attend the session of the Advisory Committee that will review its report.
Method of Work. .1 The contractor must answer calls only from the Engineer or the site Representative for work authority and must action these calls at the time given.
.2 The Contractor must cut grass only in those areas specified in the call-up.
.3 On commencement of work the Contractor must cut grass from the open areas with large equipment and finish up the close areas with smaller equipment. Final trimming, by hand or mechanical trimming equipment, must complete the cutting.
.4 Grassed areas must be cut to a height of not less than 7 cm and no more than 10 cm.
.5 After completion of cutting and trimming, clippings that are deemed injurious to the area must be removed by the Contractor as directed by the Engineer. Clippings that have been discharged on sidewalks, pavements, or mech equipment must be removed by the Contractor.
.6 It will be the responsibility of the contractor to remove and immediately replace any marker identifying underground utilities that may impede his/her responsibilities under the call-up.
Method of Work. Business will have sole responsibility for the planning, management, and carrying out of its operations in the Facility whether or not it obtains educational or technical support from Client. Business is responsible for hiring, monitoring, and paying any labor it uses in its operations, and for procuring and paying for its own ingredients and packaging materials. Client may facilitate purchasing opportunities through third party distributors, but is not obligated to do so, will not manage or be responsible for the relationship between Business and third party, and will not guarantee the performance of any party in such an arrangement.
Method of Work. Business will be solely responsibility for the planning, management, and carrying out of its operations in the Trailer whether or not it obtains educational or technical support from Client. Business will be responsible for hiring, monitoring, and paying any labor it uses in its operations. Business will be solely responsible for arranging and paying for all utilities, supplies, and other items necessary to properly maintain and operate the Trailer.
Method of Work. Partner Organization will perform the Services in a timely and professional manner consistent with industry standards and applicable law. Partner Organization will have sole discretion over, and sole responsibility for, the planning, method, means, sequencing, time, and place of the work performed in connection with the Services. Partner Organization will provide its own equipment, tools, and materials. Partner Organization may not subcontract any part of the Services without City’s prior written consent. Partner Organization nor its employees or contract personnel will receive any training from the City in the skills necessary to perform the Services required by this Agreement.
