Methods for Referrals. The Northwest Workforce Management Team is responsible for the design and implementation of a comprehensive referral system. In addition, the Workforce Management Team will provide oversight of the referral system, including on-site access. The conceptual work of its Customer Service Delivery Design Review Team has been adopted. Organizations party to this Agreement further agree to refine and develop this foundational work into a fully implemented system of cross agency referral adherent to the guiding principles described below. The primary principle of the referral system is to provide integrated and seamless delivery of services to workers, job candidates and businesses. A referral to a program’s representative while on site at the WorkSource Center is the preferred method of providing services within the WorkSource Centers. This approach includes the use of scheduled, itinerant staff at the WorkSource Center when it is not possible to house a partner on-site full time. To facilitate such a system, the organizations agree to:

Methods for Referrals. WorkSource Northwest Career Centers have a team of staff at each site who provide comprehensive services for core and next step services. These teams may include: WIA, ESD W-P, WorkFirst, Trade Act, Claimant Placement, Youth, Older Worker, Community and Technical Colleges’ Worker Retraining, Veterans services, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Migrant Seasonal Farmworker. Informed referrals to offsite programs and community based organizations round out the comprehensive response services in the one-stop system. Upon triage or assessment, customers are immediately connected or referred to next step activities for job ready activities or for the development of an employability plan. Core services for program enrolled and targeted participants are delivered not only through the WorkSource Centers’ universally accessible services (as described above) but also via program operators. Orientations to services are provided for youth, adult, dislocated worker, displaced homemaker, and mature workers by the Council. DVR provides orientation to services in WorkSource centers and offers open enrollment in some workshops. Community and technical colleges attend and support Rapid Response, Dislocated Worker and Trade Act orientations and enrollments. All customers including adults, dislocated workers, UI claimants, targeted populations, public assistance customers, veterans and eligible spouses, and low income individuals receive the core services as noted above.

  • Forecasting Requirements for Trunk Provisioning Within ninety (90) days of executing this Agreement, Reconex shall provide Verizon a two (2) year traffic forecast. This initial forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon over each of the Local Interconnection Trunk groups over the next eight (8) quarters. The forecast shall be updated and provided to Verizon on an as-needed basis but no less frequently than semiannually. All forecasts shall comply with the Verizon CLEC Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide and shall include, at a minimum, Access Carrier Terminal Location (“ACTL”), traffic type (Local Traffic/Toll Traffic, Operator Services, 911, etc.), code (identifies trunk group), A location/Z location (CLLI codes for Reconex-IPs and Verizon-IPs), interface type (e.g., DS1), and trunks in service each year (cumulative).

The evaluations of school year employees covered by this agreement shall be completed no later than May 30 of each school year for 9-month employees and by June 30 for 10/12-month employees. An employee may present written comments, which shall be attached to the written evaluation document. The evaluator and employee shall sign the evaluation document.   • Contractor Personnel – Reference Checks The Contractor warrants that all persons employed to provide service under this Contract have satisfactory past work records indicating their ability to adequately perform the work under this Contract. Contractor’s employees assigned to this project must meet character standards as demonstrated by background investigation and reference checks, coordinated by the agency/department issuing this Contract.

  • Customer Reference Customer agrees that Dynatrace may reference Customer as a Dynatrace customer, subject to Customer’s trademark and logo usage guidelines provided by Customer, and that occasionally, after Customer review, Dynatrace may issue a press release and case study.

  • DATA FOR CALCULATIONS The initial calculations for any payments owing under this Agreement shall be based upon the valuations placed upon the Qualified Property by the Appraisal District in its annual certified appraisal roll submitted to the District pursuant to § 26.01 of the TEXAS TAX CODE in or about July of each year of this Agreement. The certified appraisal roll data shall form the basis from which any and all amounts due under this Agreement are calculated, and the data utilized by the Consultant will be adjusted as necessary to reflect any subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s appraisal roll. Any estimates used by the Consultant to make calculations as required by this Agreement shall be based on the best and most current information available. The Consultant shall from time to time adjust the data utilized to reflect actual amounts, subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s certified appraisal roll, or any other relevant changes to material items such as student counts or tax collections.
