Mileage and Cellular Phones. An allowance of 52¢ per kilometre will be paid to employees required by the Employer to use their own vehicle in the performance of their duties. The Employer will pay for reasonable parking expenses incurred by an employee who uses their own vehicle in the performance of their duties. The Employer will provide a cellular phone to the Activity Worker for use while working away from the facility.

Mileage and Cellular Phones. ‌ (a) An employee will not normally be required to use their personal vehicle to perform the Employer's business. (b) Where an employee agrees to the use of their personal vehicle in the performance of the Employer's business, the Employer will cover the premium costs of any additional vehicle insurance required. (c) An allowance of 60¢ per kilometre will be paid to employees required by the Employer to use their own vehicle in the performance of their duties. (d) The Employer will pay for reasonable parking expenses incurred by an employee who uses their own vehicle in the performance of their duties. (e) The Employer will provide a cellular phone to employees for use while working away from the facility. The use of such cellular phones will be compliant with the Employer’s policies and motor vehicle regulations on cellular phone use.

  • Cellular Phone Executive is eligible to receive one cellular telephone issued through the Employer's corporate account for use on the Employer's business. The phone will remain the property of the Employer and must be returned upon termination of Executive's employment with the Employer.

  • Distance Education 7.13.1 Expanding student access, not increasing productivity or enrollment, shall be the primary determining factor when a decision is made to schedule a distance education course. There will be no reduction in force of faculty (as defined in Article XXIII of this Agreement) as a result of the District’s participation in distance education. 7.13.2 Courses considered to be offered as distance education shall be defined in accordance with the Board of Governors’ Title 5 Regulations and Guidelines. Generally, this definition refers to courses where the instructor and student are separated by distance and interact through the assistance of communication technology (reference section 55370 of Title 5 California Code of Regulations). The determination of which courses in the curriculum may be offered in a distance education format, in addition to instructor/student contact requirements, shall be in accordance with the Title 5 California Code of Regulations.

  • Switching All of the negotiated rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Section pertain to the provision of local and tandem switching.

  • Mileage Any employee in the bargaining unit required to use his/her vehicle on District business shall be reimbursed at the per mile rate allowed by the IRS. The mileage computation shall include mileage necessary to return to the employee's normal job site after completion of District business. This amount shall be payable in a separate warrant drawn against District funds within thirty (30) working days of submission of the claim by the employee in the bargaining unit.
