Minimum Advertised Price Policy. Reseller shall set its own resale prices, but any advertising by Reseller shall be in accordance with SMART’s minimum advertised price policy, if any, as revised from time to time, which shall be posted on the Portal.
Minimum Advertised Price Policy i. Greentech’s price lists shall include a listed Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”). Affiliate Dealer shall not advertise, to the public or any third party, any price below the listed MAP. This includes the following:
A. Advertising below MAP using any method in or on any form of media; or
B. Advertising “bundled” products for sale at a price less than the total MAP value of those products, or including Greentech Products “bundled” with product(s) from other manufacturers, unless Affiliate Dealer has been granted prior written permission by Greentech; or
C. Any communication, including website features that act as a method of revealing a price lower than MAP prior to product being placed in a customer’s “shopping cart”, deemed by Greentech to be initiated by Affiliate Dealer; or
D. Any other activity that Greentech, in its sole discretion, determines is designed or intended to circumvent the intent of this MAP Policy.
Minimum Advertised Price Policy. The purpose of the Lifesize Minimum Advertised Price Policy (the “Policy”) is to maintain and build brand equity and encourage the promotion and investment by Lifesize’s channel partners in Lifesize products and services (collectively, “LS Products”). Lifesize has unilaterally adopted this Policy, and it is applicable to all Lifesize channel partners in the United States, including dealers, distributors, and resellers (“Channel Partners”). The effective date of this Policy is May 1, 2008, and the Policy applies to each of the Lifesize Products listed on Lifesize’s web site at xxx.Xxxxxxxx.xxx.
Minimum Advertised Price Policy. 5.1 This Minimum Advertised Pricing policy (MAP) covers all resellers, distributors, and exclusive distributors of Company. Although resellers, distributors, and exclusive distributors remain free to establish their own resale prices, Company will, without assuming any liability, unilaterally impose sanctions as described in this policy, against resellers, distributors, and exclusive distributors who advertise applicable Products at prices below those specified herein.
5.2 Company will not discuss any conditions of acceptance related to this MAP policy, as it is non-negotiable, and will not be altered for any reseller, distributor, and exclusive distributor. Company neither solicits, nor will it accept, any assurance of compliance with this MAP policy.
5.3 MAP applies only to minimum advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which the products are actually sold, or to advertised prices higher than the unilateral minimum resale prices established by Company from time to time.
Minimum Advertised Price Policy. Ariat has built a strong reputation and following among consumers, and has determined that it shall not support through advertising or promotional materials, cooperative advertising or otherwise, materials or policies that have the effect of diminishing or detracting from the perceived value of Ariat Products. Therefore, Ariat requires that dealers adhere to a MAP Policy to preserve its strong reputation for providing customers with high value products and strong after- sales support. The MAP Policy is included in the Relevant Documents, and may be amended from time to time by Ariat in its sole and absolute discretion.

The purpose of the Logitech Minimum Advertised Price Policy (the “Policy”) is to maintain and build brand equity and encourage the promotion and investment by Logitech’s channel partners in Logitech products and services (collectively, “LS Products”). Logitech has unilaterally adopted this Policy, and it is applicable to all Logitech channel partners in the United States, including dealers, distributors, and resellers (“Channel Partners”). The effective date of this Policy is May 1, 2008, and the Policy applies to each of the LifeSize Products listed on LifeSize division of Logitech’s web site at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.
Minimum Advertised Price Policy. Dealer shall have sole discretion as to the selling price of Product to its customers. Although the Dealer shall have sole discretion as to the selling price of Product, Dealer agrees to adhere to KCU’s then- current Minimum Advertised Price Policy as set forth on a Product Policy Sheet, a copy of which for each currently authorized Product was provided to Dealer in connection with this Agreement and which may be updated or modified by KCU from time to time in its sole discretion.
Minimum Advertised Price Policy. Dealer shall have sole discretion as to the selling price of Product to its customers. Although the Dealer shall have sole discretion as to the selling price of Product, Dealer agrees to adhere to any Minimum Advertised Price Policy provided by KWA. Minimum Advertised Price Policy. Licensee acknowledges that Licensor has made substantial investment in promoting the Product and the PLENITY™ brand. Licensee hereby agrees to use Commercially Reasonable efforts to maintain and enhance the premium brand image of the Product. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Licensee acknowledges that Licensor has implemented a Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (the “MAP Policy”) and acknowledges that Licensor may terminate Licensee for failure to comply with the MAP Policy in accordance with the terms of the Map Policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is understood by the Parties that the implementation of the MAP Policy shall not limit Licensee’s freedom to determine the actual resale price of the Product in the Territory.
Minimum Advertised Price Policy. VAAST Bikes has established a unilateral policy (the “Policy”) regarding the minimum advertised price (“MAP”) of its products in the United States. VAAST Bikes believes that this Policy is necessary to ensure the preservation of the superior image of our brand and the value of our products, and to ensure that retailers provide effective marketing and sales support for all VAAST Bikes products. This Policy has been unilaterally adopted by VAAST Bikes and will be unilaterally enforced. VAAST Bikes is not requesting, or otherwise seeking, any agreement or acknowledgment regarding this Policy from any retailer. All authorized resellers of the Products are required to adhere to the Policy as a condition of selling the Products. Specifically, Dealer must adhere to the following guidelines, which VAAST Bikes is implementing unilaterally and which are not subject to negotiation.
a. The minimum advertised price for each Product has been provided to Dealer. Dealer is responsible for keeping your advertisements current as the price may change from time to time, at Dealers’ sole discretion. VAAST Bikes will notify Dealer of any change in the minimum advertised price.
b. The Policy applies to all off-site advertisements (by retail distributors or their affiliates) in all media, including without limitation: print ads (inserts, magazines, newspapers, catalogs, mail order catalogs, brochures, flyers, and the like), broadcast (radio and TV), direct mail pieces, internet and other electronic ads (whether in social media, on third party sites, on auction sites, or on the Dealer’s own site), text messaging, search engine advertising, posters, billboards or other out-of-store signage.
c. Including discounts, giveaways, incentives, rebates, or coupons in your advertising to bring the price below the minimum advertised price is a violation of this Policy.
d. Dealer may advertise free shipping and/or handling and Dealer may offer free financing, without violating the Policy.
e. If Dealer wishes to advertise a Product bundled with free or discounted items, please contact VAAST Bikes for permission in advance, or Dealer may be in violation of the Policy if the bundle effectively discounts the price below the minimum advertised price.
f. Dealer may advertise that Dealer has the lowest price, or that Dealer will meet or beat any price, or that consumers can call for a price, provided such statements are true and that Dealer does not advertise a price lower than the minimum advertise...
