Mobile Devices Policy. Flat Rock-Hawcreek School Corporation may provide users with mobile computers or other devices to promote learning outside of the classroom. Users should abide by the same acceptable use policies when using school devices off the school network as on the school network. Users are expected to treat these devices with extreme care and caution; these are expensive devices that the school is entrusting to your care. Users should report any loss, damage, or malfunction to IT staff immediately. Users may be financially accountable for any damage resulting from negligence or misuse.

Mobile Devices Policy. Eastampton Township School District may provide users with mobile computers or other devices to promote learning outside of the classroom. Users should abide by the same acceptable use policies when using school devices off the school network as on the school network. Users are expected to treat these devices with extreme care and caution; these are expensive devices that the school is entrusting to your care. Users should report any loss, damage, or malfunction to IT staff immediately. Users may be financially accountable for any damage resulting from negligence or misuse. Use of school-issued mobile devices off the school network may be monitored. Students should use personally owned devices (including laptops, tablets, smart phones, and cell phones) only as instructed and allowed by teachers. Eastampton Township School District will not be responsible for any damage (including theft) of personally owned devices.

Sources outside the classroom or school must be cited appropriately;

Students should report any loss, damage, or malfunction to their teacher immediately. Students and their parents will be financially accountable for any damage resulting from negligence or misuse. The Governing Board desires to create a safe and secure learning environment and to minimize acts of vandalism and damage to school property. To discourage such acts, the District shall seek reimbursement of damages, within the limitations specified in law, from any individual, or from the parent/guardian of any minor, who has committed theft or has willfully damaged district or employee property. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits.
