Move. If the Customer moves, the Customer shall terminate its Agreement and enter into a new one with TELUS for the new service address, if TELUS Services are available at the new address.
Move. In the event that a Licensed Product that has a Sink Function receives DT Data via its Sink Function that was transmitted by a Licensed Product that has a Source Function pursuant to Section 3 or 4.2 of Part 2 of this Exhibit B, such Sink Function shall ensure that such DT Data is encoded as No More Copies. Any Sink Function that receives DT Data pursuant to this Section 3 shall make or enable the making of only a single copy of such DT Data.
Move. In the event that a Licensed Product that has a Sink Function receives DT Data via its Sink Function that was transmitted by a Licensed Product that has a Source Function pursuant to Section 3 or 4.2 of Part 2 of this Exhibit B, such Sink Function shall ensure that such DT Data is encoded as No More Copies and, for avoidance of doubt, in the event that DT Data was transmitted pursuant to section 3.1 (a) of Part 2 of this Exhibit B, such DT Data received by such Sink Function may not be treated as Copy One Generation pursuant to Section 2.2.1.
Move. The parties have agreed that Entegris will move its membrane manufacturing operations currently conducted in the Premises to the New Entegris Facility in an orderly manner (the “Move”) during the Facility Term.
Move. Half (1/2) day per school year. Teachers may be granted one half (1/2) school day if they are required by the District to move to another building for a work assignment.
Move. The customer is obligated to inform TKS – if possible two weeks in advance – about any upcoming moves and to relay the new address. If the customer requests BOSS Entertain- ment again at the new location, TKS strives punctually to provide service at the new location, presuming that all the technical requirements are given. A move with the complete BOSS Entertainment package is only available with a move to another Single Soldier Quarter (SSQ). Customers that move to a none Single Soldier Quarter can only keep the TKS easyTV portion of the package. For the use of this service, the customer requires a stable internet connection with sufficient bandwidth and without data limita- tions. To avoid high costs through the use of the easyTV service, it is recommended to check, if the contract with the Internet service provider includes unlimited data usage, be- fore signing the contract. Costs incurred for Internet use are fully liable by the customer. The TKS easyTV contract is specified in the TKS easyTV General Terms and Conditions as well as in the regulations set out in the specifications and price lists.
Move. If you need to move the on-screen image to any position without resizing it, you can use this function. The steps of the procedure are the same as for A0-Landscape to B4-Portrait. On the toolbar, click the Current Size button, or select the Tools menu > Crop > Move. If you want to scroll the area during setting, use the <←>, <→>, <↑>, or <↓> key on the keyboard. Pressing the <ESC> key cancels the settings. The crop reference point can be changed within the General tab in Options in the Tools menu.
Move. (i) within a Facility - disconnecting a currently installed system unit, including the directly attached peripheral devices, packing the equipment for movement from the current End User's location at a Facility to the new End User location within the same Facility, unpacking and reconnecting the same system unit and the directly attached peripheral devices and, upon completion of such activities, conducting the manufacturer's standard installation tests to verify the hardware and software are functional with network connectivity, provided Certegy has provided such test specifications and there is a network data line installed at the new location.
(ii) between Facilities - disconnecting a currently installed system unit, including the directly attached peripheral devices, packing the equipment for movement from the current End User location at a Facility to the new End User location at another Facility, unpacking and reconnecting the same system unit and the directly attached peripheral devices and, upon completion of such activities, conducting the manufacturer's standard installation tests to verify the hardware and software are functional according to their specifications with network connectivity, provided Certegy has provided such test specifications and there is a network data line installed at the new location.
(iii) disconnect only - for those system units at a Facility that are being disconnected and which are not being reconnected at a new location, disconnecting a currently installed system unit, including the directly attached peripheral devices, and packaging the equipment for movement from the current End User location to a Certegy-designated storage or staging area within the Facility for Certegy's removal or disposal.
Move. A Host Device that makes a copy of content marked in the CCI as ”Copy One Generation” in accordance with this Section 3.5 may move such content to a single removable recording medium, or to a single external recording device, only when (a) the external recording device indicates that it is authorized to perform this Move function in accordance with the requirements of this Section, and to copy such Controlled Content in accordance with the requirements of this Section 3.5; (b) such Controlled Content is marked for transmission by the originating Host Device as “Copy One Generation”; (c) the Controlled Content is output over a protected output in accordance with Sections 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 or 3.5.3 of this Exhibit C; (d) before the Move is completed, the originating Host Device recording is rendered non-useable and the moved Controlled Content is marked “Copy No More” (e) the device to which the removable recording medium is moved is unable or rendered unable to output the Controlled Content except through outputs authorized by these Compliance Rules; and (f) the copy is stored (i) using an encryption protocol approved by CableLabs herein which uniquely associates such copy with a single device so that it cannot be played on another device or, if stored to removable media, so that no further usable copies may be made thereof or (ii) otherwise using methods referenced in Section 3.5.1. Multiple moves consistent with these requirements are not prohibited.
3.5.3 Approved Methods under Section 3.5 (Copy One Generation)
Move. Customer currently manufactures the Products in the United States (“MPC Manufacturing Operations”). Flextronics will initially manufacture the Products in Juarez, Mexico (“Juarez”). A timeline covering key events associated with the move to Juarez (the “Timeline”) is incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit 2.2. The Timeline can be modified as mutually agreed to by the parties. The move is expected to be completed by August 31, 2008 (The “Move Completion Date”). Transition costs associated with moving the required equipment and/or materials from MPC Manufacturing Operations to Juarez will be allocated as follows: [*] The parties agree to use commercially reasonable efforts to adhere to the Timeline in Exhibit 2.2. Each party is responsible for reviewing the actions needed and agreeing to a timeline by April 18th, 2008. At this time the timeline in Exhibit 2.2 will be updated and will be the governing timeline for this agreement. Each party is responsible for closing its action items by the date committed to on the Timeline.
