Night Work Premium a. A second shift premium of ten cents (10¢) per hour shall be paid to all employees in accordance with the following rules: (1) When an employee’s daily overtime starts at or before 6:00 P.M., the employee shall not be enti- tled to the night work premium for any overtime hours worked after 6:00 P.M. (2) Any employee who works four (4) hours or more at straight-time between 6:00 P.M. and 12:00 Midnight shall receive the second shift premium for the full shift including any overtime hours. (3) Any employee who works less than four (4) straight-time hours between 6:00 P.M. and 12:00 Midnight shall receive the second shift premium only for those hours worked within the period 6:00 P.M. and 12:00 Midnight. b. A third shift premium of fifteen cents (15¢) per hour shall be paid to all employees in accordance with the following rules: (1) When an employee’s daily overtime starts at or before 12:00 Midnight, the employee shall not be entitled to the third shift premium for overtime hours worked after 12:00 Midnight. (2) Any employee who works four (4) hours or more at straight-time between 12:00 Midnight and 6:00 A. M. shall receive the third shift premium for the full shift including any overtime hours. (3) Any employee who works less than four (4) straight-time hours between 12:00 Midnight and 6:00 A.M. shall receive the third shift premium only for those hours worked within the period 12:00 Midnight and 6:00 A.M. (4) Any employee who works four (4) straight-time hours before and after 12:00 Midnight shall receive the third shift premium. (5) Any third shift (graveyard) employee who works a shift of four (4) hours or less will receive a total of twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour as a night shift premium for each hour worked. c. The appropriate shift premium shall be added to the base rate for purposes of computing overtime pay- ments to all employees who are entitled to a shift premium. d. When asparagus is being processed on a one-shift basis, the shift premium shall not start before 6:00

Related to Night Work Premium

  • Night Work Employees who work at night as part of their normal working week are entitled to receive an enhancement of time and one third for all hours worked between 8.00 pm and 6.00 am.

  • Night Premium For all time worked by employees, after 7 p.m. and before 7 a.m., by employees hired on or before August 5, 2005, a premium of twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour shall be paid.

  • Night Shift Premium All hours worked by an employee between ten (10:00) p.m. and seven (7:00) a.m. shall be considered as shift work and paid for at the applicable straight time/overtime rate plus two ($2.00) dollars per hour shift premium for each full hour worked during this period. Night-shift premium shall not be added to the employee’s hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime pay.

  • Overtime Premium a) Time and one-half (1/2) shall be paid as follows: 1) For all hours worked over 8 (eight) hours per day. 2) For all hours worked over 40 (forty) hours per week. 3) For all hours worked on Sunday, unless part of the employees regularly scheduled workweek. b) Double time plus holiday pay shall be paid for all hours worked on holidays that are defined in this Agreement.

  • Weekend Premium An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and forty-five cents ($1.45) per hour for each hour worked between 2400 hours Friday to 2400 hours Sunday or such other 48 hour period that the Hospital may establish. If an employee is in receipt of premium payment pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, he will not receive weekend premium under this provision. Effective June 28, 2005, the weekend premium shall be increased to $1.55 per hour.

  • Monthly Base Rent With respect to any Payment Date and any Lease Vehicle (other than a Lease Vehicle with respect to which the Disposition Date occurred during such Related Month), the “Monthly Base Rent” with respect to such Lease Vehicle for such Payment Date shall equal the pro rata portion (based upon the number of days in the Related Month with respect to such Payment Date that were included in the Vehicle Term for such Lease Vehicle) of the Depreciation Charge for such Lease Vehicle as of the last day of such Related Month calculated on a 30/360 day basis.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • Night Shift Differential Unit 12 employees who regularly work shifts shall receive a night shift differential as set forth below: A. Employees shall qualify for the first night shift pay differential of forty (40) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift falls between 6 p.m. and 12 midnight. B. Employees shall qualify for the second night shift pay differential of fifty (50) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift fall between 12 midnight and 6 a.m. C. A "regularly scheduled work shift" are those regularly assigned work hours established by the department director or designee.

  • Shift and Weekend Premium (a) An employee shall be paid a shift premium of eighty-five cents (85¢) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1500-0700 hours. (b) Effective July 1, 2013, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision.

  • Furniture Misuse of University property, including possession of common area furniture in on-campus housing is prohibited and may result in a replacement charge and/or return of the property.
