No Bumping. No teacher may use the transfer provisions of the contract to bump from a building another teacher with similar licensure and area of teaching who may have less seniority in the district.
No Bumping. Except as provided in Section 6-3, no Education Assistant may bump or claim the position of another Education Assistant in a similar job title based upon the Education Assistant's seniority.
No Bumping. This procedure for voluntary reassignment shall not apply to reduction in force and does not permit bumping in any of the foregoing provisions.

If an Employee is removed from an office because it is assigned to a Supervisor, the Employee will go to the top of the office assignment list, regardless of seniority.
No Bumping. Employees shall schedule their vacation in accordance with their Employer’s written vacation policy, but in no event shall an employee’s approved vacation time be rescinded, regardless of seniority. In addition, regardless of an individual Employer’s policy, employees shall not be prohibited from taking vacation time in increments less than five (5) days at one time, but cannot bump an employee from approved and scheduled vacation time.
No Bumping. Given the nature of the Hospital’s operations and because the Hospital has agreed to lay off by seniority, laid off employees may not bump another employee on another shift or in another classification, even if they are qualified to perform the duties of the other classification.
