No Further Increases. The Union undertakes that for the life of this Agreement, apart from the increases contained in 38.1, there will be no further salary increases.
No Further Increases. It is a condition of this Agreement that there will be no further wage and allowance increases for the Employees under this Agreement beyond those specified in clauses 16 and 18.

No Further Increases. The Union undertakes that during the period of operation of this Agreement there shall be no further wage increase sought, or granted, except for those provided under the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not preclude increases granted by a State Wage Case for economic adjustment purposes from being accessed by those covered by this agreement. Such State Wage Case decisions must clearly determine that any such increases are in addition to Enterprise Bargaining increases.

In accordance with the terms of the January 1992 State Wage Case Decision (B457/1991), there shall be no further wage increases for the life of this Agreement except where consistent with a State Wage Case Decision. Notwithstanding the above, the parties recognise that certain Awards are still subject to Award Restructuring Increases and Minimum Rate Adjustments and will consult over the outcomes of decisions and variations affecting the wage levels and classifications in those Awards. This Agreement will not be used in any manner whatsoever to obtain benefits on any other plant or enterprise.
