Award Coverage. (a) Award coverage and applicable legislation is set out in the attached Schedule 1.
(b) A Fair Work Information Statement which summarises the entitlements under the National Employment Standards and also other matters concerning the federal industrial relations system is included in Schedule 2.
Award Coverage. In your initial position, you will be covered by the modern award set out in item "Award" of the Summary of Key Employment Details. Your classification under the Modern Award is set out at Item "Classification" of the Summary of Key Employment Details. The Modern Award applies to you as a matter of law and does not form part of your contract of employment. Amongst other things, the Modern Award may cease to apply if your position changes.
Award Coverage. The Company is covered by the Restaurant Industry Award 2010 (Award) in respect of its employees who perform duties in accordance with classifications set out in Schedule B of the Award. The employees listed in Attachment A (Employees) worked in the cafe performing duties commensurate with the classification Restaurant Employee Level 1 & 2 (Food and Beverage attendant, Kitchen attendant and Xxxx) during the period 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018.
Award Coverage. 1.4.1 This Award will apply to the classes of employees contained in clause 5.2 engaged in work in or incidental to the quarry, crushed stone, sand and gravel industry in the State of Queensland. Without limiting the above, this Award will apply to all work contained in or incidental to the following:
(a) All hard rock and lime quarries, sand, gravel and metal yards and/or pits, and/or places where gravel or sand or metal is obtained and/or delivered for sale.
(b) The loading and unloading of sand, gravel or metal from rivers and creeks.
(c) The operations contained in clauses 1.4.1 and 1.4.2 of crushing, quarrying, screening, dredging and pumping of all stone and rock, winning and washing, cartage from quarry face to crusher and soil testing.
1.4.2 This Award will not apply to employees engaged under the Local Government Employees' (Excluding Brisbane City Council) Award - State, Brisbane City Council - Construction, Maintenance And General Award or Bridge, Wharf and Pier Construction Award - State or Water Supply and Sewerage Labourers' Award - State (Excluding Brisbane); Civil Construction, Operations and Maintenance General Award - State or the employees of Port Corporations or Mount Xxxxxx Limited.
1.4.3 As to the employers named in Schedule 1 the provisions of the Award are modified in accordance with the requirements of the individual Orders listed in the Schedule.
Award Coverage. The provisions of the Transport Industry - Quarried Materials (State) Award shall continue to apply except where the award is inconsistent with the terms of this agreement in which case this agreement will prevail.
Award Coverage. This Award applies throughout Queensland to employees for whom rates of pay are prescribed in clause 5.3 who are employed by members of the Private Hospitals' Association of Queensland (Inc.) who are listed in Schedule A (List of members of PHAQ and grading of Registered Nurses Level 5): Provided that this Award shall not apply to employees covered by any other Award or to members of religious orders.
Award Coverage. 1.4.1 This Award applies to employees engaged in or in connection with the treatment of milk, the manufacture of milk products, and the distribution of milk and/or milk products at factories or depots, in that portion of the State of Queensland within the following boundaries: Commencing at the junction of the sea-coast with the southern border of the State, then by the southern border of the State westerly to 150 degrees of east longitude; from that meridian of longitude due north to 25 degrees of south latitude; from that parallel of latitude xxx xxxx to 147 degrees of east longitude; then by that meridian of longitude due north to 22 degrees of south latitude; from that parallel of latitude due east to the sea-coast; and then by the sea-coast southerly to the point of commencement:
Award Coverage. 1.5.1 This Award shall apply throughout the South-Eastern Division of Queensland to employers engaged in the business of:
(a) the provision of live or recorded entertainment at licensed or unlicensed venues whether or not meals are served in conjunction with such entertainment;
(b) the provision of meals including any type of light refreshments or take-away meals whether or not the establishment provides seating or table service and whether or not the establishment is licensed or unlicensed;
(c) the provision of catering services where such services are incidental to the major business of the employer.
1.5.2 This Award shall apply to all employees engaged by employers carrying out a business identified in clause 1.5.1 above and for whom classifications and rates of pay are provided for in this Award.
1.5.3 This Award shall not apply to owner operated premises otherwise subject to the provisions of the Accommodation Industry (Other Than Hotels) Award - South-Eastern Division.
1.5.4 This Award shall not apply to premises otherwise subject to the provisions of the Retail Take- Away Food Award - South-Eastern Division.
1.5.5 This Award shall not apply to employers otherwise subject to the provisions of the Contract Catering and Industrial Services Award - South-Eastern Division.
1.5.6 This Award shall not apply where another award has application.
1.5.7 The South-Eastern Division of Queensland shall comprise the district within the following boundaries: Commencing at Point Danger, and bounded then by the southern boundary of the State westerly to 151 degrees of east longitude; then by that degree of longitude bearing true north to 24 degrees 30 minutes of south latitude then by that parallel of latitude bearing true east to the sea-coast and then by the sea- coast southerly to the point of commencement and all islands comprised in any State or Federal electorate in the South-Eastern Division of Queensland.
Award Coverage. (a) It is agreed that during the operation of this Agreement the parties will consent to applications before the QIRC to amend the Award to remove coverage of Community Education Counsellors and to include coverage of the positions of Senior Guidance Officer and Regional School Sports Officer and the relevant conditions applicable to these roles.
(b) This consent is provided subject to the acknowledgement that:
Award Coverage. 1.3.1 In respect of all Awards, industrial agreements, certified agreements and enterprise flexibility agreements, the Award applies throughout the State of Queensland to all employers and those of their employees who are employed as Trainees (as defined).
1.3.2 Subject to clause 1.3.1, this Award shall not apply to employees who were employed by an employer bound by this Award prior to the date of approval of a Traineeship scheme relevant to the employer.
1.3.3 This Award does not apply to the Apprenticeship system or any training program which applies to the same occupation and achieves essentially the same qualification as an existing apprenticeship, in an Award or Order applying as at 7 November 1997.
1.3.4 This Award will not apply to Awards and industrial agreements listed in Schedule 2.
1.3.5 This Award does not apply to the Retail Industry Interim Award - State.
