NON-ACADEMIC DUTIES. The Board agrees to examine the non-academic duties teachers are assigned with a continuing commitment to the use of teachers as professionals in mind. The Board will provide clerical assistance for teachers at each attendance center.
NON-ACADEMIC DUTIES.  The number of vacation days equals the rules of the TVL or TVÖD. The timing needs to be in agreement with the advisor.  After three days of sickness, a medical certificate needs to be handed to the advisor. A list of English speaking doctors is available.  Students are obliged to have health insurance and personal liability insurance.  Students have to make sure that they contact their manager four weeks before their visa expire.  Candidates are obliged to pay the enrolment fee for the University in time.  Before signing any German-language contracts, the mito-RTG manager needs to be contacted by non-German speaking candidates for advice. In particular, candidates are asked to handle with caution any agreements made online, as these may cause unwanted liability.  As contracting party to a rental agreement candidates must inform themselves about their obligations and perform their duties accordingly. Information about the terms and conditions of their rental contracts will be handed out in English.  In case of any legal dispute, candidates are committed to inform the mito-RTG manager and ask for support and advice. Any correspondence with the disputing parties will be conducted in the candidate’s name. The mito-RTG manager will provide basic advice in accordance with all relevant legislation and is aiming at an economic and reasonable settlement of the dispute. If the student does not approve the recommendations, support in the respective dispute cannot be maintained. I hereby confirm that I have read and understood the general rules applying to my mito-RTG membership and that I will observe and follow these rules.

Subject to Section 5 of this Agreement, and in accordance with the directions of the Owner Trustee, the Administrator shall administer, perform or supervise the performance of such other activities in connection with the Collateral (including the Related Agreements) as are not covered by any of the foregoing provisions and as are expressly requested by the Owner Trustee and are reasonably within the capability of the Administrator. Such responsibilities shall include providing to the Depositor and the Indenture Trustee the monthly servicing report in an appropriate electronic form.

  • Adjunct Duties 9.2.1 The District and the Association recognize that teachers participate in adjunct duties. Adjunct duties are those duties beyond the work day, which require supervising and providing leadership in pupil organizations and activities or parent-teacher partnership such as, but not limited to: field trips, back-to-school night, graduation, promotion, outdoor education, open house, parent club, teacher conferences, progress report card night, supervision of dances, sponsorship of clubs, homecoming activities, and supervision of athletic events. These duties must be student supervision oriented. Attendance at Back to School Night, Open House, Progress Report Night, Teacher Conferences is required unless specific prior approval is given to miss the meeting/event.
