Non-Certified Employees Leaves of Absence. All non-certified employees shall be entitled to ten (10) sick leave days per school year if employed for ten (10) months and twelve (12) days if employed for twelve (12) months annually.

Disability Leave of Absence Section 37.1 Leave Without Pay A member incurring any disability not duty-connected after he has exhausted all of the paid leave to which he is entitled and has accumulated, may be granted a leave without pay for a period not to exceed three (3) months, subject to approval and to the following provisions:
Union Leave of Absence An employee on an unpaid Union leave of absence shall have her wages, benefits and seniority continued by the Employer, and the Union agrees to reimburse the Employer for the costs of such wages and benefits. Employees requesting leave under this article will provide the Employer with as much advance notice as possible of the dates of the leave. LEAVE OF ABSENCE With respect to the Award, the Company may, in its sole discretion, determine that if you are on leave of absence for any reason you will be considered to still be in the employ of, or providing services for, the Company, provided that rights to the Restricted Shares during a leave of absence will be limited to the extent to which those rights were earned or vested when the leave of absence began.
