Non-chargeable Leave. An employee absent from work because of mumps, scarlet fever, measles, chicken pox, head lice, scabies, or pink eye resulting from student contact, shall suffer no loss and shall not be charged for sick days. The Employer shall not be responsible for payment for any medication.
Non-chargeable Leave. Subject to administrative approval, a teacher may be granted non-chargeable leave for the following purposes, subject to the following provisions. Such leave shall not be charged to chargeable leave days, and the teacher shall receive his/her full pay where applicable.
