Non-Employees. When there are no eligible applicants from employees as set out in the above, or the apprentice openings exceed the number of eligible employees, the company may fill the posting from other sources. The selection of the apprentice will be at the sole discretion of the company based on suitability and qualifications for training. In order to be eligible for apprenticeship, the applicant must meet the following minimum qualifications:
Non-Employees. XXXX agrees that neither the lifeguards nor COGS, or any of its agents or employees, will be entitled to any benefits of the Lodge by virtue of this Agreement.
Non-Employees. Neither the Provider nor the Provider’s employees, assignees, or subcontractors shall be deemed employees or agents of the Buyer while performing services pursuant to and/or under this Agreement.

For purposes of this Section 1.6(b)(i), “non-employees” excludes all non-employees of an Acquired Company who are no longer providing services to the Acquired Company as of the Agreement Date (and therefore all Outstanding Unvested Options held by any such non-employee of an Acquired Company who is no longer providing services shall be canceled prior to the Effective Time to the extent they have not already been canceled).

The following Special Extensions shall be payable in addition to any Benefit paid under the Personal Accident Section Benefits 1 – 6 of the Policy subject to the Maximum Incident Limit (and inner limits where applicable) as defined in the Policy Schedule.

Customer shall include in any such request for access of a non-employee such person’s current employer, relationship to Customer and reason for requesting access.

If the Insured Person is not a Director or Employee of the Insured Benefit 4 shall be defined as Permanent Total Disablement from any gainful employment for which the Insured Person is fitted by way of training education or experience The following special extensions shall be payable in addition to any benefit paid under the Personal Accident Section Benefits 1- 6 of the Policy subject to the Maximum Incident Limit (and inner limits where applicable) as detailed in the Schedule If during the Operative Time an Insured Person sustains bodily injury following an Accident which within two years is the sole and independent cause of the incurring of Medical Expenses the Company will pay up to 25% of any amount paid under Benefits 1 to 6 subject to a maximum of £25,000 any one Insured Person If during the Operative Time the Insured Person sustains bodily injury following an Accident which within two years is the sole and independent cause of Death for which Benefit 1 is paid the Company will pay necessary expenses with the Company’s prior written consent for either • telephone counselling or • face to face counselling or • cognitive behavioural therapy as deemed appropriate by the Company to the Insured Person’s Spouse or Child up to £250 per week up to a maximum £5,000 any one Insured Person If during the Period of Insurance any single Incident results in payment of the Death benefit for five or more Directors or Employees of the Insured who are covered under the Personal Accident Section of this Policy the Company will pay to the Insured an additional 25% of the total Sum Insured payable relative to those five or more Directors or Employees subject to the Maximum Incident Limit and (inner limits where applicable) as detailed in the Schedule If during the Period of Insurance any single Incident results in payment of the Death benefit for five or more Directors or Employees of the Insured who are covered under the Personal Accident Section of this Policy the Company will pay necessary expenses with the Company’s prior written consent for specialist counselling support services for any Director or Employee of the Insured up to a maximum £5,000
Non-Employees. Service performed for the Employer by an individual who is not classified by the Employer as an employee on both payroll and personnel records shall not be considered Recognized Employment. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such service shall include service performed by an individual classified by the Employer as a Leased Employee, leased owner, leased manager, shared employee, shared leased employee, temporary worker, independent contractor, contract worker, agency worker, freelance worker or other similar classification.
Non-Employees. XXXX agrees that neither the lifeguards nor COGS, or any of its agents or employees, will be entitled to any benefits of the state merit system by virtue of this Agreement.
Non-Employees. Independent contractors and volunteers who are not who either intentionally or unintentionally violate the security policies and procedures are subject to appropriate corrective disciplinary action, up to and including suspension, probation, or dismissal. Similarly, GCHD’s business associates will be contractually informed that they may lose any privileges or contractual rights if they violate security policies or the terms of the business associate agreement.
