Non-Full-Time Employees. Employees who are not full time will be entitled to vacation pay and a period of vacation in accordance with the following schedule: i. For less than one (1) year of service, 4% and a period of two weeks. ii. After one (1) year but less than three (3) years, 4% vacation pay and a period of two (2) weeks vacation. An additional two (2) weeks without pay will be granted upon request. iii. After three (3) years of service or 3000 hours worked, 6% vacation pay and a period of three (3) weeks vacation. An additional one (1) week without pay will be granted upon request. iv. After ten (10) years of service, 8% vacation pay and a period of four (4) weeks of vacation. An additional one (1) week without pay will be granted upon request. v. After twenty (20) years of service, 10% vacation pay and a period of five (5) weeks vacation. An additional one (1) week without pay will be granted upon request.

Non-Full-Time Employees. ‌ Non full–time employees will be paid for any holiday on which they are ordinarily scheduled. They shall be paid four (4) hours of pay for the holiday.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.

  • All Employees The Company shall not include the shift differential in any employee’s wage rate for the calculation of overtime.

Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.
