Non-Production License. If Software is licensed to Customer under a Non-Production License (such as a Beta license), Customer agrees that, NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY ELSEWHERE IN THIS AGREEMENT:

Non-Production License. A non-production license is defined as covering development, quality assurance, passive tenant, or all tenants that are not used for production purposes. Online Services Online services are defined as a website or IP address, or ancillary services rendered to you by Syskit to which you are being granted access under this agreement (i.e., Subscriptions Portal, support tickets, live chat, billing accounts maintained by our ecommerce provider).
Non-Production License. If the Software is made available for non−production use (i.a. Test, Development, Acceptance, Devops, Hot and Cold Standby License, each of them a “Non-production License”), then subject to Customer’s compliance with this Agreement and timely payment of all license fees, Exasol grants to Customer a worldwide, royalty− free, revocable at will, non−exclusive, non−transferable, non−sublicensable, subscription to use such Software only during the Term, subject to the common license provisions in Section 4.3, provided that the Software shall be installed and used in a system used solely for software product migration testing, software product pre−production staging, user acceptance testing, hot and cold standby use, testing new data sources, types or use cases, and shall be used only for such non−production use.
Non-Production License. If the Order contains non-production licenses of the UiPath RPA Platform, the Customer may use such licenses in non-production environments only, including for testing and evaluation purposes, during the License Term or as otherwise specified in the Order.

For the avoidance of doubt, you are prohibited from using the Software for commercial label production if you do not have a single- user license or multi-user license.

Non-Production License. If You license the Software for evaluation purposes or other limited, temporary Use (e.g., a lab license or trial license) as authorized by Blue Planet (“Non-Production Software”), Your Use of the Non-Production Software is permitted only for the period provided by the license key or otherwise stated in the Quote or the Blue Planet site from which You obtain the Non-Production Software (“License Term”). Within 3 business days of the end of the License Term, You, at Your own expense, will permanently remove the Non-Production Software from Your equipment, unless the Non-Production Software is automatically removed by Blue Planet. You will be invoiced for the list price of the Non-Production Software if You fail to return or stop Using the Non-Production Software by the end of the License Term. Unless otherwise indicated on a Quote, the Non-Production Software is licensed “as-is” without support or warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Blue Planet does not assume any liability arising from any Use of the Non-Production Software. You may not publish any results of benchmark tests run on the Non-Production Software without first obtaining written approval from Blue Planet. You authorize Blue Planet to use any feedback or ideas You provide Blue Planet in connection with Your Use of the Non-Production Software.
