Non-Teaching Unit Members. 14 The District shall evaluate and assess the performance of non-teaching unit members as it reasonably relates 15 to the elements listed below. For purposes of this article non-teaching unit member positions include, but 17 Counselor, Nurse, Program Specialist, Psychologist, Resource Teacher, and Teacher on Special Assignment.
Non-Teaching Unit Members. All non-teaching unit members shall be evaluated pursuant to this 3 Article by their immediate supervisor, or by a District Administrator pursuant to provisions of Section 4 10.1.f of this Article.

Non-Teaching Unit Members. Non-teaching unit members will be evaluated using an instrument that relates to their job description. A committee of unit members, appointed by FEA, and administrators shall be formed to develop these instruments. The instruments will be completed by June 30, 2011. The instruments shall be approved by the FEA executive committee prior to its initial use. These positions include nurse, media specialists, speech and language pathologist, guidance counselor, and technology coordinator.
Non-Teaching Unit Members. By mutual written agreement between a non-teaching unit member and his/her 24 supervisor, formal, scheduled observations may be omitted from the evaluation process if the parties develop
