Notice of Layoff or Pay in Lieu. In addition to the severance pay referred to in this Article, an eligible employee shall be entitled to notice of layoff or pay in lieu of such notice.

Notice of Layoff or Pay in Lieu. (1) The Company shall not lay off an employee without giving the employee, in writing, at least (a) Two (2) weeks notice where the employee has completed a period of employment of at least six (6) consecutive months. (b) After completion of employment of three (3) consecutive years, one additional weeks notice and for each subsequent completed year of employment, an additional week's notice up to a maximum of eight (8) weeks notice.
Notice of Layoff or Pay in Lieu. A regular employee who is laid off will receive two (2) weeks written notice of layoff or pay in lieu of such notice.

The Contractor may be offered a pre-hearing or alternative dispute resolution conference in an attempt to resolve the overpayment dispute prior to the hearing. Failure to provide OFR with a written request for a hearing within twenty-eight (28) days of service of a vendor overpayment notice or other overpayment letter will result in an overpayment debt against the Contractor. DSHS may charge the Contractor interest and any costs associated with the collection of this overpayment. DSHS may collect an overpayment debt through lien, foreclosure, seizure and sale of the Contractor’s real or personal property; order to withhold and deliver; or any other collection action available to DSHS to satisfy the overpayment debt.

  • Application for Payment The form acceptable to Owner that is to be used by the Contractor during the course of the Work in requesting payment from the Owner and that is to be accompanied by such supporting documentation as is required by the Contract Documents.

  • Notice of Overtime The Agency shall give as much notice as possible of overtime to be worked.
