Notice Of New Employees and Ongoing Member Represented Employee Information. Notice of New and Ongoing Represented Employees Information: On a bi-weekly basis, the County shall provide to a person designated by the Union, a report containing the following information for all represented employees: full name, • home address, • work, home and cellular telephone numbers, • work email addresses and personal email addresses on file with employer, • date of hire, • union membership status, • job code, • job classification, • department and section code, • work site address, • FTEs, • pay rate, scale and step. • Employee ID #. The County will also provide, on a bi-weekly basis, a report identifying which employees are new employees or transfers who are newly represented by the ESC Bargaining Unit.

Notice Of New Employees and Ongoing Member Represented Employee Information. ‌ a. Notice of New and Ongoing Represented Employees Information: On a bi-weekly basis, the County shall provide to a person designated by the Union, a report containing the following information for all represented employees: • full name, • home address, • work, home and cellular telephone numbers, • work email addresses and personal email addresses on file with employer, • date of hire, • union membership status, • job code, • job classification, • department and section code, • work site address, • FTEs, • pay rate, scale and step. • Employee ID #. Union stewards shall be authorized to receive the names and addresses of new employees not more than each pay period from the departmental payroll clerk. c. The names and addresses provided to the Union shall be kept confidential. d. A Union xxxxxxx or Union Field Representative is entitled to contact all newly-hired employees and transfers who are newly represented by the ESC Bargaining Unit, to present Union information, on the Union xxxxxxx’x and employee’s own time (meaning rest breaks, meal breaks and after work hours). e. The Union recognizes and respects the legal right of each employee to the employee’s privacy and agrees not to use or allow others to use any information obtained pursuant to this agreement for commercial gain or in a manner that would violate those rights. With respect to this promise, the Union agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the County of Sonoma, its officers, employees and agents from any claim, liability or damage arising from the Union’s breach of its duty under this Memorandum. f. The County shall notify new ESC-represented employees and transfers who are newly represented by the ESC Bargaining Unit, that the Union is the recognized employee organization for the employee’s job classification.

  • EMPLOYER AND UNION SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a Collective Agreement is in effect and with the conditions of employment set out in the Articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check-off. The Employer agrees to provide the name, worksite phone number, and location of the new employee's xxxxxxx in the letter of hiring. Whenever the xxxxxxx is employed in the same work area as the new employee, the employee's immediate supervisor will introduce her to her xxxxxxx. The Employer agrees that a Union xxxxxxx will be given an opportunity to interview each new employee within regular working hours, without loss of pay, for thirty (30) minutes sometime during the first thirty (30) days of employment for the purpose of acquainting the new employee with the benefits and duties of Union membership and the employee's responsibilities and obligations to the Employer and the Union.

  • EMPLOYER AND UNION TO ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES ‌ (a) At the time of hire new employees will be advised that a collective agreement is in effect and of the conditions of employment set out in the articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check-off.   • Restricted Employment for Certain State Personnel Contractor acknowledges that, pursuant to Section 572.069 of the Texas Government Code, a former state officer or employee of a state agency who during the period of state service or employment participated on behalf of a state agency in a procurement or contract negotiation involving Contractor may not accept employment from Contractor before the second anniversary of the date the Contract is signed or the procurement is terminated or withdrawn.

  • Exclusive Employment During employment with the Company, Executive will not do anything to compete with the Company’s present or contemplated business, nor will he plan or organize any competitive business activity. Executive will not enter into any agreement which conflicts with his duties or obligations to the Company.   • EMPLOYEE’S REPRESENTATION The Executive represents and warrants to the Company that: (a) he is subject to no contractual, fiduciary or other obligation which may affect the performance of his duties under this Agreement; (b) he has terminated, in accordance with their terms, any contractual obligation which may affect his performance under this Agreement; and (c) his employment with the Company will not require him to use or disclose proprietary or confidential information of any other person or entity.

  • RESTRICTIONS ON EMPLOYMENT OF FORMER STATE OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE The Engineer shall not hire a former state officer or employee of a state agency who, during the period of state service or employment, participated on behalf of the state agency in this agreement’s procurement or its negotiation until after the second anniversary of the date of the officer’s or employee’s service or employment with the state agency ceased.

  • Union and Employer Representation No employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Employer without the proper authorization of the Union. To implement this the Union shall supply the Employer with the names of its officers and similarly, the Employer shall supply the Union with a list of its supervisory or other personnel with whom the Union may be required to transact business.

  • Employee’s Representations Employee represents and warrants that Employee is free to enter into this Agreement and to perform each of the terms and covenants in it. Employee represents and warrants that Employee is not restricted or prohibited, contractually or otherwise, from entering into and performing this Agreement, and that Employee’s execution and performance of this Agreement is not a violation or breach of any other agreement or other legal obligation between Employee and any other person or entity.
