Occupancy Reports. Seller has provided Purchaser with copies of Seller's occupancy reports for the Facility for the last year. Each such occupancy report was prepared based on the number of operational beds (i.e., double occupancy rooms were only counted as such when both beds were occupied).
Occupancy Reports. Within 5 Business Days after each Sunday (or if the Borrower changes the end of its week to another day of the week, such day of the week), occupancy reports for each of the Borrower's properties for the preceding week, detailing the number of residents and units occupied.
Occupancy Reports. The Owner shall, on an annual basis, furnish PHCD with an occupancy report, which provides the following information:
A) At the end date of each reporting period, a list of all occupied apartments to include but not limited to the following:
1. Composition of each resident family,
2. Families moving into, already living in, or who have recently lived in Public Housing; or the Section 8 Rental Certificate, Rental Voucher, or Moderate Rehabilitation Programs, 3. Income requirements,
4. Eligibility factors, e.g. credit history, criminal background, etc.
5. Demographic information to include racial and ethnic makeup of the tenants, and
6. Steps taken to make the Property accessible to the disable, including but not limited to the steps taken by the Owner to comply with all applicable laws and regulations such as the federal, state and local fair housing laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards requirements.
B) A list of all vacant apartments, as of the end date of the reporting period.
C) The total number of vacancies that occurred during the reporting period.
D) The total number of units that were re-rented during the reporting period, stating family size and income.
E) The Owner shall upon written request of PHCD allow representatives of PHCD to review and copy any and all of tenant files, including but not limited to executed leases and tenant income information.

Occupancy Reports. Annually, on June 30th of every year of the HOME affordability period stated in Paragraph 5 of this Exhibit A to the Agreement, Contractor shall provide to the City a report containing, at a minimum, the following items and information:
i) Total number of bedrooms that are occupied;
ii) Total number of bedrooms that are vacant;
iii) Total number of bedrooms that are occupied by staff, if any;
iv) A rent roll for all units containing the bedroom numbers, the lease commencement and expiration dates, the number of bedrooms within the unit and the rental rate for each rented bedroom in the unit ,
v) For each, household income, income limits for household and utility allowance if applicable. Occupancy Reports. Not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each fiscal quarter of Borrower's operations, Borrower will deliver to Lender (with a copy to the Rating Agencies) a true and complete report of (i) Leases, other than Room and Facility Leases and (ii) room rentals and facility uses with respect to Room and Facility Leases, for each Property, dated as of the last month of such fiscal quarter, showing the percentage of gross leasable area of each Property (and in the aggregate) leased other than for Room and Facility Leases as of the last day of the preceding calendar quarter, a summary of new lease, other than Room and Facility Leases, signings (including tenant name, square footage occupied and designation of the tenant's operations as national, regional or local) and lease terminations, other than Room and Facility Leases, for the preceding calendar quarter, the Rent received from Room and Facility Leases during the prior calendar quarter for each Property, the expiration date of each lease other than Room and Facility Leases, the various options, if any, available to the tenant other than with respect to a Room or Facility Lease with respect to renewal (including the amount of the rent in the event of renewal), whether to Borrower's knowledge any portion of the Property has been sublet, and if it has, the name of the subtenant, and the names of the Tenants under Material Leases expiring within one (1) year of the date thereof, and such rent roll shall be accompanied by an Officer's Certificate certifying that such rent roll is true, correct and complete in all material respects as of its date and stating whether Borrower, within the past three (3) months, has issued a notice of default with respect to any Lease other than with respect to Room and Facility Leases which has not been cured and the nature of such default.
Occupancy Reports. Lender shall have received occupancy reports for Fiscal Years 1995, 1996 and 1997.

Occupancy Reports. Hotel shall provide Association with both daily occupancy reports during the Convention Period and a final occupancy report showing the total number of rooms occupied. For a period of five years after the Convention Period, Hotel also shall provide Association or Association's designees with copies of occupancy reports pertaining to Association's meeting/convention.
