On-Site Manager. Such person shall be vested with the authority of Tenant with respect to the supervision over the operation and maintenance of the Premises, including the authority to enforce compliance by Tenant’s agents, employees, concessionaires, or licensees with the terms and conditions of this Lease and any and all rules and regulations adopted hereunder. On-Site Manager. The Site Manager is the person responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property. Each tenant should direct all requests for maintenance, (ease questions, complaints, etc. to the Site Manager. The Site Manager is the front line representative of the Owner in carrying out the Owner's obligations under the lease. The Site Manager is a business agent, not a social worker or referee.
On-Site Manager. To ensure that this standard is met, all of Concessionaire’s locations must be under the supervision and direction of an active, qualified, competent, and experienced on- site Manager, who will at all times be authorized to represent and act for Concessionaire on all management, maintenance, and operations issues. The on-site Manager should have a designated duty station or office inside one (or more) of the Concessionaire’s units where he or she will be available during business hours. If or when that manager is absent for whatever reason, he or she or Concessionaire should assign one or more qualified assistant managers to assume and be directly responsible for carrying out of the on-site Manager’s supervisory duties. Concessionaire will provide (and update) contact information for Concessionaire’s Managers so a Port Representative can contact them in emergencies or during non- business hours.
On-Site Manager. Lessee shall designate an on-site manager for the Premises and shall provide the name, address, and telephone number of the on-site manager to the Director and keep the Director informed throughout the Term of any changes.
On-Site Manager. Manager will provide a full-time on-site manager at Managed Area. Such manager shall be made know to City and will be on-site at the Managed Area for a minimum average of forty hours weekly. Manager shall notify City of any changes in staffing of the position.
On-Site Manager. OUTSOURCER shall appoint a manager with suitable training and skills to manage and supervise the Project Staff located at the CLIENT Service Location (the "On-Site Manager"). The On-Site Manager shall not have the authority granted to the OUTSOURCER Contract Executive in Section 6.1. In addition, the On-Site Manager shall not have the authority to enter into written agreements to modify or supersede this Agreement or to enter into Change Orders.
On-Site Manager. RRK will provide a full-time on-site manager of City House. Such manager shall be made know to City. RRK shall notify City of any changes in staffing of the position.
