On-Site Visit. Company’s DSE or another Support representative will visit Company’s site one day each year to meet with Company’s team and review the Developer Support services available to Company. This visit will give Company the opportunity to educate Synergex on Company’s application and development environment. The DSE can also review how Company provides support to Company’s customers, and offer suggestions. All travel costs associated with this visit are covered under Premier Support.

On-Site Visit. 7.2.1 Within [***] from the Effective Date [***], upon a request from MINERALYS, the Parties shall begin discussion of the process of [***] on-site visit to conduct technology transfer process for API relating to the manufacture of Compounds, so that MINERALYS or its designee can begin to apply it to its manufacturing, process development or formulation development resources to be able to implement the manufacturing process used by MTPC (or its Affiliate or CMO) to manufacture Compounds. It is understood that such [***] may include a series of meetings in up to [***] (or such additional time as agreed by the Parties, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed, or conditioned) between employees and/or representatives of MINERALYS and MTPC as well as MTPC’s laboratory and/or plant visits in the same days as agreed by the Parties. Such [***] shall be provided at no charge to MINERALYS [***], provided, however, that [***]. Any additional visits shall be subject to [***] reimbursement for MTPC’s employees’ time at a rate to be agreed by the Parties. [***]. On-Site Visit. If on the site of Client's (or Client’s customers)’ facilities , MICOS GROUP employees shall be subject to the safety and workplace rules generally applicable to Client's or Client’s customers’ employees, including but not limited to any drug and alcohol policies. Client shall notify MICOS GROUP in advance of any such rules so that MICOS GROUP may implement a compliance program. Client shall promptly notify MICOS GROUP of any non-compliance so that it may take action to rectify such non-compliance.

On-Site Visit. Upon arrival at any child care facility each day, Vendor will have the child care provider re-sign the attestation form.  At all times during Vendor visit, Vendor MUST wear a mask.  If at any time Vendor observes others in the child care facility not observing social distancing, mask wearing, etc., or if Vendor feel unsafe for any other reason, the Vendor should leave immediately and at the soonest possible instance, notify their assigned Coalition staff contact through phone/email that Vendor has left, stating the potential safety issue observed.

  • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits.
